Poor Experience – Broken Sleep, Cold Air, and no proper refund This hotel has potential, but my experience was extremely disappointing. The room had cold air leaking from the window and loud noise throughout the Christmas night — I could not sleep at all. The staff acknowledged the issue and maintenance worker confirmed problem could not be fixed so they and hotel.com agent said there would be a full refund for the second night, but they refund me adjustment price the second night and even charged full property fee for two nights. What makes this worse is not just the room condition, but how it was handled. I hope management reviews this case seriously and treats their future guests with better care and accountability.

As far as the room condition is concerned, it was great as there was a comfortable king-size bed and fully equipped kitchen. The room was very clean. However, there was one severe problem that made the entire stay uncomfortable. I set the thermostat to 26 degrees celsius and it never went above 23. 23 would be fine during summer time, but during winter with wind chill reaching minus 15 degrees celsius, 23 felt quite uncomfortable. My hands and feet were cold the entire time. I complained to the front desk, but they weren’t able to do anything. It was such a disappointing experience.

Loved our stay here! The room is spacious and has a convenient kitchen with everything you need. The bed was very comfortable and the shower had great pressure. The staff are all very friendly and I am so glad I chose to stay here.

Great location for our girls retreat. Spacious rooms, clean and the kitchen had everything you need. Felt like a home away from home. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Staff were always very friendly and especially good with the kids on arrival after a long drive. The apartment layout was perfect - upstairs kitchenette and living area with bathroom, then downstairs for the 3 spacious en-suite bedrooms. Location was also great, easy walking to Clifton Hill attractions and down to the river to see the falls. Skylon Tower was also easy to get to

I had a very positive experience staying here. The room was comfortable, the bed was great, and the bathroom was clean. The whole place felt quiet and relaxing, and the front desk staff were very welcoming. The only downside is that the hotel is a bit remote and not very close to bus routes, so some walking is needed to get around. I’d probably choose a more accessible location next time, but I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone driving — it’s a pleasant and comfortable stay.

Such quality and convenience to all of Niagara Falls attractions! We were impressed with our clean, modern, spacious 2-bedroom suite and appreciated the friendly staff very much. The immediate area around the lofts is industrial but becomes more commercial and tourist-centered within a couple of blocks. This is a steal, especially if travelling as a family and you like to have your own spaces to relax/sleep. It definitely feels more like a condo versus a hotel (and much calmer after a day of active sightseeing). Wonderful stay overall!
