Location & room was pretty comfy. We liked the view from our window
Parking - you are charged without a guaranteed place. We had use time to find a spot or leave the car in most inconvenient place right next to the entrance gate where the snow pile was blocking part of the spot

Great hotel at a reasonable price. The room was cleanly and comfortable. Staff were very kind and accomodating, and were able to get us a room near the rest of the hockey team we were travelling with on short notice. Walking distance to many fun attractions in the area!

The location is basically a key reason. Price is another; it was lower on Booking.com than on the Days Inn website. It meets the bare minimums for a stay in Niagara Falls, but does not go above and beyond.
There was no shampoo at all in the dispenser in the shower, and one would not really know unless they attempt to pump it during a shower. Likely lazy housekeeping to blame. The overall use of dispensers instead of disposable containers for soap, body wash, shampoo and conditioner is not a great choice. I have stayed here before, but now I will look elsewhere, given this incident.
