Location to everything room was clean

Parking was a bit difficult to get a spot had to circle the lot several times ended up finding one very tight and had to squeeze my Pick Up truck in very tight. Ended up getting a better spot a few hours later and just left my truck there as I was afraid to move it as I wouldn’t get another one / also receptacle/ plug - in the bathroom did not look very useable was mounted crooked and not flush to the wall and was very loose. My wife opted to take the hairdryer out to the room to dry her hair after a shower as it didn’t look too safe to use the one in the bathroom room 446

Pleasant staff. Room was clean

Room was small. Fan in bathroom did not work. Friends who paid same price given larger rooms. Picked a bad weekend as so many hockey teams with young kids were up til all hours in the hallways.

Good location but inadequate housekeeping of room

The location is basically a key reason. Price is another; it was lower on Booking.com than on the Days Inn website. It meets the bare minimums for a stay in Niagara Falls, but does not go above and beyond.

There was no shampoo at all in the dispenser in the shower, and one would not really know unless they attempt to pump it during a shower. Likely lazy housekeeping to blame. The overall use of dispensers instead of disposable containers for soap, body wash, shampoo and conditioner is not a great choice. I have stayed here before, but now I will look elsewhere, given this incident.

Wonderful! Great location, view, and staff!

The staff was lovely. Very professional and welcoming. Special mention for Dana (I believe her name. Blond woman works the evening shift). She offered me a much needed coffee after my drive and checked in to see if I was happy with my room and if there was anything I needed. I would stay at this hotel again because the staff goes above and beyond to accommodate the guests and ensure that they happy.

Awesome location and value!!!

Staff was AMAZING! The value and cleanliness was hard to beat. Location was very good as well. Close enough to walk to pretty much anything we wanted to visit. I highly recommend them for anyone and will definitely be back to Niagara and will stay with them again

The shower head pressure seemed weak and the fridge was actually freezing the items we put in it. Other than that the experience was very good and these two things we could easily overlook!

Not a Good Night's Sleep at the "Days Inn by Wyndham Niagara Falls Centre St By The Falls"

We stayed here a few years ago and had no problem. The room location was terrible. The room itself was clean and not worn.

We arrived at midnight after attending a wedding. Our room (#111) was on the main floor, near the pool & parking lot doors. The area was very noisy, there was music from across the street that lasted until 2 am. Even with quality ear plugs we has trouble falling asleep until after the music stopped. We had family staying on the 2nd floor, they had no noise issue. It depends on what end of the building your room is. So, be aware or as the desk person told me at 1:30 am, you're in the entertainment district, so its noisy. Except there is no warning on the hotel website about this. Choose somewhere else to stay, there's lots of other options around there.

The women at the front desk were phenomenal! So kind and welcoming, super friendly! Top notch customer service! Room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Location was close to all the action but far away enough to rest without a lot of noise. I felt safe at this location.

Great location and friendly staff.

The location was fantastic. A short 5 minutes walk to the main tourist area. The room was great with a separate bedroom and a pullout sofa bed, small fridge and a sink. The view from our room was fantastic. The staff were very friendly and welcoming.

Staff was nice...and addressed our complaints with the manager, they did give us our funds back for parking but think that should have been more compensation.

Someone's hair and baby powder on desk...also there was someone else's belongings in the drawer...No view...was a wall...Elevator extremely slow and we were on the side with only 3 floors...Hot tub, nice but slippery almost fell getting out...Light out above bed...Bathroom needs work...rust in light fixture ....holes in the wall....door hard to lock...and shower very small and behind door bad location...

Value for money at a good location

Location was just a little way off the main street of Clifton Hill, everything was still very much at walkable distance. Good value for money! It was also near to a WEGO bus-stop.
