Stay was OK.

Great location.

TV's not readily available even just for CP24. You have to create an account on ROKU & give out your personal info to have access to the network (i guess). It's frustrating & tricky. Also, the reception will hand out the remote controller upon check- in, and will advise you to return it when checking out. It's a strange tradition for a hotel in Niagara Falls.

Wall are super thin. You can hear all the rooms around you and the people on the street. Make sure to bring ear plugs if you wanna get some sleep

We felt it would be just ok. And the hosts/owners made it just ok.

The location was fine. There was no breakfast. It was great to have a fridge/freezer in the room.

The bed was uncomfortable and the toilet was not flushing well. They need a new bathtub. The finish was off and looked dirty.

Thieves and bad service

Nothing good. Staff is bad and they still have not released my security deposit. They are thieves, don't book here. The rooms are quite bad so really don't recommend this place

Overall good stay, clean room

Clean room, air conditioning worked well, good location, pool is small but we had it to ourselves for over an hour the night we were there. Easy check in/check out. Was nice to find a motel/hotel with 3 beds since we are a family of 5 --- many places can only accommodate a family of 4.

We were not informed we had to pay for parking at the property, at the booking or even when we were paying. until we asked what the extra charge was for. We felt that if we were renting a room the parking should have been included.

Motel was clean, staff were very courteous. The pool was very clean and not too cold at all. Pool is on the smaller side, however, we were the only ones using it so it worked out. Choice in is very close to all the amenities. All within walking distance.
