Everything was in the right place. Fantastic customer service and friendly staff. The room was immaculate and comfortable. It is the second time we have stayed here. We were happy at the first stay, but now they are even better. We had a great time, will definitely come back!

The Ramada is cozy, friendly, and close to many activities!

The Ramada is very close to a bunch of restaurants and many fun things to do. My boyfriend and I walked 15 minutes to a lovely restaurant that was right next to Clifton Hill!

Nothing really. As someone with anxiety, I get nervous about the area I’m staying in. But the Ramada was in a very populated and colorful area!

The concrete interior building makes for a very quiet experience. Even when this hotel is super busy, it is super quiet in your room at night! That is a big advantage! Housekeeping and front desk staff are super friendly and professional. A cut above the rest.

Easy path to the falls.

We chose to stay at a hotel that was noted for its ease walking to the falls as it was our first time visiting. We found there were plenty of places closer to the falls, but over all we were pleased with our choice. We were allowed early check in and parked in their secure lot (for which there is a nightly charge). There was a super great Bakery across the street within a block’s walk with fresh made sandwiches of unlimited kind and the selection of baked goods will blow your mind. Be sure to visit it. We did not use the hotel except as a sleeping place…spent all our time exploring on the street or near the falls.

We found no fault with any service during our stay.

Good enough, for a decent price on the weekend

View was great, upper floor looking out over downtown Niagara Falls. The room cleanliness, included coffee / tea, and mini fridge. Bathroom featured a fan, also a small but nice touch.

Room was a bit on the small size. Our king-sized bed wasn't really one. It was closer to a large queen, if there is a thing. And the biggest issue was the scent in the room. Almost too clean? The cleaning scent was overwhelming and led to us having headaches from it.

Do not recommend very very disappointing

Only the location

I received a call informing me that due to an unexpected circumstance, the original property could not accommodate my stay. I was told that the new location would match my original booking in terms of both price and amenities. However, upon arrival, I was informed that if I wanted basic amenities such as a fridge and microwave, I would be required to pay an additional $10 per night, which was never mentioned beforehand. This goes against what was promised during the relocation call. The mattress was visibly stained and in poor condition. The chair was filthy and stained, clearly not properly cleaned or maintained. Overall, the room did not meet even basic cleanliness or comfort standards. This experience was extremely disappointing and far from the quality

So we got moved to the Ramada Fallsview. Location was near a trail to the falls. Plus a block away from Clifton hill. So good location for all we did.

The property could use some updates. And more towel bars in the bathroom of our room.

The hotelchain respects bookings.

Well, this is interesting to review since our booking was forwarded due to unexpected closure. The positive side is that we got forwarded to Courtyard by Marriott closer to Falls and our booking was respected in a bit classier hotel.

When we arrived to Ramada, something was clearly off as large amount of people were sitting outside on parking lot and while entering, we were met with a security guard interested in our camera gear. The receptionist explained that our booking had been forwarded to Courtyard by Marriott. Later the same day, while passin, there was an ambulance in front of the building. The Courtyard had the an interestingly "fast" elevator with killer-doors, so we ended up using mainly stairs located in far end from our room. Otherwise it was great.

Hiking through parking lot to see the Falls…not always safe for single woman! Suggestion safer routes! Needed a few more restaurant suggestions!
