It's a real cozy house well located

It's a real cozy house, like a fairy tale house. Spacious rooms (we booked two). Very confortable common areas. Very very clean. Well located. Entering the house at arrival was simple and easy. The fact of having washing machine and tumble dryer was very convenient for us. Parking lot available. Mi son enjoyed complimentary candies.

The house is very clean and tidy with good details. The owner is very friendly, parking is very convenient, and it is very close to the waterfall, just a dozen minutes' walk away. We stayed in a family room with two bedrooms and a private bathroom. There is also a small kitchen outside that is shared with another guest room, which is very convenient. I recommend friends who come to the fall to stay here!

A good place if you come to visit the falls, very suitable.

The man in charge was very kind. Location was fine, not very far from the center, walking distance to the falls, and very quiet. Good place for parking.

When paying for the room by credit card, we were charged the bank commission. We could not use the breakfast place upstairs next to the room, but they offered us to have breakfast downstairs sharing the table with other guests.

Cozy House is literally just that! It is so warm and welcoming! Water and little snacks are provided and you have the privacy of your own bathroom in your room. It's a perfect distance away from Niagara Falls and all of the excitement! We would definitely visit again!

Quite close to the main attractions, but far enough so that you will not be disturbed by the "crowd" noise (cars, attractions, people). Clean rooms and we were provided every morning with snacks and fruits for an easy start of the day. You can use the kitchen if you want to make breakfast.

Everything you would want in a B&B. Impeccably clean, comfortable, and quiet. Very welcoming hosts. Easy check-in. Walking distance to Niagara Falls - which is a bonus because parking down at the falls is expensive.

Clean, charming place in a good location.

This is a charming B&B (no breakfast). We stayed in the upstairs 2 bedroom/ 1 bathroom suit, which was perfect for our family of 3. There was a tiny kitchenette we could use, with a refrigerator, caffe, tea and a microwave. We managed to have a quick breakfast there every morning. The place is quiet, clean and well maintained. Free parking was provided. The house is located in a residential area, about 10 minute walk to the falls. We would stay there again.

There was nothing we disliked. We just wished there was a way to toast our bagels in the morning.

Clean rooms, everything we needed was there.

Location - next door neighbour's property was very unkept and lots of junk in the backyard. I registered and paid online, travelled an hour to get to the location and had no instructions on how to enter the property. Waited a good hour in their parking lot and texted twice for assistance and finally got a text with the door code as well as someone in charge came out to meet us in the parking lot. Should have received the door code, once confirmation of payment was made.

I will recommend to whomever mentions that they may be visiting the falls.

Rooms were spacious, spotless, and serene, including the wash room supplied with all the necessary toiletries, numerous towels and a hair dryer. Water and snacks were provided free along with the use of refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, hot water heater, plates, cups and utensils. Easy unrestricted parking with nice quiet surroundings. I also feel the security measures in place added to our safety/comfort reassurance.

Cute bnb near the falls

Location to falls. Comfortable bed, clean room and bathroom, with plenty of towels. Shampoo, conditioner and liquid soaps provides as well as robes and hair dryer. Cute little kitchenette with fridge, microwave, glassware, dinnerware etc supplied. Nespresso coffee machine with pods. Tea bags for tea drinkers. Keyless entry to main house and keys for the room. Free parking. Very kind and thoughtful hosts.

I was initially disappointed that full breakfast wasn't provided as per the website but after a discussion with the hosts, it was their first weekend opening since the pandemic and they were trying to update the booking.com website. I believe this is just temporary. The host kindly provided me with muffins, fruit and some bottled water and snacks.
