Spent the night here used the pool which was fantastic Rooms are older but very clean Beds are very comfortable Staff exceptional

I honestly wouldn't want to be any closer to Clifton Hill. This was so conveniently located but nice and quiet after a noisy and busy day. Only downside was the room smelled like cigarette smoke. Otherwise, was fantastic! Would absolutely recommend it.

The person in the front desk is extremely rude. I checked in and he gave me a room on the 3rd floor with children, when i got the keys my wife refused and said it would not be possible with kids so a 1st floor is better. I went inside to ask him to change it. He gave me a 1st floor room. I went inside and it had a weird smell so i went back and told him about it and asked for the 3rd floor room back. He gave me an extremely rude look and acted rudely. I paid almost 30-40% more for this motel compared to a similar one to it. Thst does not mean i should be treated rudely and without respect. I went into the 3rd room and found no microwave, no kettle for hot water and a bug in the room. Unfortunately on top of the rude person now i have no way of providing a hot meal for my kids as there is no breakfast. Even the front desk does not have a microwave or kettle. I expect alittle courtesy and care for paying customers. This also ruined my day and i will never book here again.
