Very welcoming and comfortable beds.

Very close to the venue we had to attend, walking distance to rainforest cafe

No pool but because it’s a tourist area I can understand why. Also front desk staff at checkout was not very understanding to me offering help for a woman locked out of her room who didn’t speak very well English. I tried to help but she was greeting upset with me and dismissive but frustrated for the language barrier.

Cozy, affordable, awesome location on the US side.

One each floor you have two rooms that face the rapids that feed the falls. You need to exploit these rooms. And tell everyone that the park is literally out the back door.

Good value for money

Price and quality ratio is very good. We had room overlooking Canadian side, which was nice as we could see all the Christams lights and some of the fireworks.

Few things to point out. The lady who was cleaning the floor next to lifts at 5:30 in the morning having biggest bunch of keys on her neck sounded like someone was being chained to the wall. She also was having extremely loud conversation with her colleague. It lasted for about 10minutes and woke us all up as our room was close to the lift. I would advise explaining to staff not to have loud giggly conversations while cleaning communal areas early in the morning and maybe not carry 20 keas on their neck as it sounds awful. Breakfast area seemed very run down and there was no staff to clean the mess that guests make so it seemed a bit dirty every time we went there.

Great value, excellent location, quiet and comfortable

Location was very convenient to the Falls and to shops and food outlets. Breakfast was great with plenty of choices. Property was very clean. Plenty of fresh linen provided. Location was amazing. Short walking distance from the Falls entrance. Would definitely stay here again.

Not much not to like. Checkin was later than the time stated. We arrived for the 3pm checkin. The room wasn’t ready until after 4:30pm but the staff were apologetic.

Decent Hotel,not spectacular, but the LOCATION WAS GREAT!!

Couldn't get any breakfast. Waaaay over crowded and food was not being refilled. Too many people taking everything and nowhere to sit down to eat. Left and went elsewhere for breakfast. Having the breakfast area in the basement wasn't very inviting either. The smell of cleaning supplies and having hotel laundry stinking up the area didn't help either.

The breakfast situation was bad. The room was decent. Charging plugs on lamps didn't work. Heater worked but was very loud at times. Bed springs on my half of the bed were broken, basically like falling off the edge of the bed. Location was AMAZING though! Right next to the falls. They did honor my request for a view of the river and rapids! That was mainly the best part!

Great stay by the Falls

Closest hotel to the falls. Very convenient to everything including Festival of Lights on Canadian side and casino on American side. Breakfast was very good. Our request for a view of the rapids was honored and great view from our corner room.

Needs some minor updating on furniture but overall my experience at this property was excellent

Cleanliness, not good breakfast, waffle maker made a huge mess and got stuck all over the place, Ned’s were extremely uncomfortable and I didn’t sleep more than 2 hours, could hear people in the room next to me screaming, having sex and pounding on the wall, the entire place smelled like marijuana

Great location next to the falls. Attractions are easily walkable from the hotel and you can hear the sound of water flowing and falling from your hotel.

The staff are not so friendly and missing from the reception desk for most of the time. Needs more maintenance such as broken ice vending, coffee machine, etc.

The location was great. The staff was awful.. I did not get breakfast, I was told that I would, but later I was told I left too early.

I was told when I arrived early on the morning that I could come back in a while to get my room. I did. I was told they were doing laundry and my room would be ready soon. It wasn't. I waited in the lobby till 4 the regular check in time before they gave me a room while many other people just arriving were given rooms

Great place for a short stay!

It’s located really close to the Falls, about a 5 min walk to the park and about 15 min to Bridal Veil Fall. They had a few food trucks out back that had some nice food. Also, nearby there are more options to choose from.

There was some sort of misunderstanding on behalf of the staff. When I checked in I was told check-out was at 2pm but on the day we left they sent a message that check-out was at 11am and if I didn’t leave before noon they would extend the reservation. Luckily Anthony was very helpful and didn’t charge us for another night and told me he would sort it out.

You aren’t able to check in early if you arrive early. Before 4:00 pm you aren’t able to check into your room, you have to find something to do until that time.

Being close to falls and parking, great breakfast, its worth it.

Breakfast was very good. Two of the front service people were good all the rest lazy. Rooms very clean. Liked pop corn,cookies and lemon water when they put it out. Loved the convience to walk to the falls.

The first room had an unworking shower,so they switched me to 1st floor thank God because the second night the elevators broke. No hair dryers in room, first front desk person I asked said he would take care of it never did even after the second time I asked. Thank god the girl that worked the night shift did. The tv in the second room had week reception so had to watch tv on my husbands computor, and to top off my stay the last day no hot water! Also they charged me 10.00 per night for parking, but at least they had parking it appeared some of the hotels didnt have enough parking.
