Cleanliness, not good breakfast, waffle maker made a huge mess and got stuck all over the place, Ned’s were extremely uncomfortable and I didn’t sleep more than 2 hours, could hear people in the room next to me screaming, having sex and pounding on the wall, the entire place smelled like marijuana

Great location next to the falls. Attractions are easily walkable from the hotel and you can hear the sound of water flowing and falling from your hotel.

The staff are not so friendly and missing from the reception desk for most of the time. Needs more maintenance such as broken ice vending, coffee machine, etc.

Great location, very poor customer service.

The location was great. The staff was awful.. I did not get breakfast, I was told that I would, but later I was told I left too early.

I was told when I arrived early on the morning that I could come back in a while to get my room. I did. I was told they were doing laundry and my room would be ready soon. It wasn't. I waited in the lobby till 4 the regular check in time before they gave me a room while many other people just arriving were given rooms

Great place for a short stay!

It’s located really close to the Falls, about a 5 min walk to the park and about 15 min to Bridal Veil Fall. They had a few food trucks out back that had some nice food. Also, nearby there are more options to choose from.

There was some sort of misunderstanding on behalf of the staff. When I checked in I was told check-out was at 2pm but on the day we left they sent a message that check-out was at 11am and if I didn’t leave before noon they would extend the reservation. Luckily Anthony was very helpful and didn’t charge us for another night and told me he would sort it out.

I liked that the location was very close to all the attractions, the park, and many restaurants. The hotel breakfast was good.

You aren’t able to check in early if you arrive early. Before 4:00 pm you aren’t able to check into your room, you have to find something to do until that time.

Being close to falls and parking, great breakfast, its worth it.

Breakfast was very good. Two of the front service people were good all the rest lazy. Rooms very clean. Liked pop corn,cookies and lemon water when they put it out. Loved the convience to walk to the falls.

The first room had an unworking shower,so they switched me to 1st floor thank God because the second night the elevators broke. No hair dryers in room, first front desk person I asked said he would take care of it never did even after the second time I asked. Thank god the girl that worked the night shift did. The tv in the second room had week reception so had to watch tv on my husbands computor, and to top off my stay the last day no hot water! Also they charged me 10.00 per night for parking, but at least they had parking it appeared some of the hotels didnt have enough parking.

Dirty Dirty Dirty

Dirty Dirty Dirty!!!! Arrived with my 82 years old Mother after a flight and 30 min drive from airport. Niagara Falls was in Mom's bucket list. Requested connecting rooms at booking time weeks before arrival. When booked. "Special request" it was approved . They" DID NOT read my request". Got 2 rooms in different floors. Settled Mom first. When I finally got to my room IT WAS NOT MADE NOR CLEANED. Waited for about 1 pror it to be cleaned. Finallyy i got to my "cleaned" room and when I finally went to bed around 9:30 pm there was some nasal or throat residue stucked in comforter. Disgusting! Carpet had all kinds of dirt and debri around the beds where the vacum cleaner could not reach. Next day requested room to be cleaned and the lady at the hall cleaning the rooms told me I had to request at reception desk. So I did, and to be honest never happened because when we got back from the falls room was not cleaned either. Asked my Mom if we should get another hotel and she was way to tired and had already settled in her room so we toughed it out. I think that for $119 per night + taxes we should have gotten a dignified stay. Dirty Dirty Dirty

Great location

Bed and pillows were comfortable. The room was clean, The desk staff that checked us in definitely didn't want to be there. I noticed the shower curtain was missing. I called the front desk and had one in less than 10 mins. The people next to us were up all night smoking weed. The smell was strong and annoying, but it was 2am, and I wasn't going to make a big deal out of it. But we'd stay again. The location was perfect.

Overall great stay without spending an arm and a leg. Best part was the location.

The location was excellent, literally right in front of the street to the state park. Plenty of food options right downstairs. Staff was very friendly and accommodating as they could be. The beds were soooo comfortable.

The key cards to the room were flaky, had to go to front desk a couple of times so they could reprogram them. Breakfast was mid, but included so can’t complain much.

Relaxing family vacation.

The location is the best part of this hotel. It’s within walking distance to Maid of the Mist and Cave of the Winds and the border bridge walk. We’ll come back here.
