I recently stayed at Hyatt Place Niagara Falls and found it to be an excellent choice for both convenience and comfort. The hotel’s location is outstanding—just a short walk to Niagara Falls State Park. This makes it easy to explore the Falls and surrounding attractions without needing a car.

It’s my fortune that my room AC was making sound and I reported to front desk and there was no help which I expected. Now we could not sleep and AC had stopped working as well and room was heated. Even AGODA has not come forward to help in this situation. As per my experience HYATT PLACE NIAGARA USA, had given us very bad memories..
