Amazing stay!

View was incredible! Staff amazing, especially Bonnie at front desk, she went above and beyond.

My only criticism is no cleaning the rooms unless you ask, we kinda got over run with trash, ran out of tp, ect. We did find the housekeeper on 2nd day and she took our trash.

Location is within less than 5 minute walking distance to the casino, all restaurants and event venues. Views from the observatory were stunning. The room itself was gorgeous, clean, modern and spacious. We booked a king city-view but ended up with a corner of fallsview!

Only notable negative is no onsite parking but they offered paid offsite parking with a shuttle to take you to and from your car as well as a more pricey valet option if the shuttle is not your speed.

The location of the hotel was nice and the staff were very nice. We were allowed to check-in before 4pm.

The falls view from our room was extremely disappointing as we booked it based on the pictures shown for the category (which was also more expensive than the other categories). Seemed as if they just forcefully put our room to be under the “Canadian Falls View” category as it only had the falls view at the very corner of our window which we could see only if we looked from an angle out the window. Moreover, the check-in time was 4pm and we checked in around that time, but there was nothing open for food in the hotel at the time even though a bunch of restaurants/snack bars were advertised to be available in the hotel.

It was a pleasure; with a great location, the rooms were well appointed and the view was fantastic.

The hotel impressed us immediatley upon arrival with check-in. Antonio was friendly and gracious. We liked the bathroom design and even took pictures for our bathroom renovation ideas. We also liked having our Nespresso coffee to start the day:)

No complaints about the stay. If we stayed longer with more clothes, the closet was limited but this was due to the use of space challenges. Cheaper parking would be nice too of course:).

Excellent Hotel with Excellent views in falls view rooms.

I booked a Canadian Falls Room to make the most of the location. I was expecting a view but the view blew me away. It was perfect. I could have stayed in the room all night just looking at the falls, especially when they were lit up at night. The room was perfect for two people and had a small fridge and an excellent coffee maker. The room and bathroom were spotless. The location was perfect. We didn't use the hotels parking but we parked the car on the car park below and got the funicular railway up to street level from the falls and walked to the hotel. There is a walkway across the road which takes you right to the hotel almost but it was closed as they don't upkeep the walkway during winter months ( there were a few areas like this near the falls). I found this very odd for a place that deals with winter weather regularly. However the car park doesn't allow overnight parking so we had to get an attendant to let us out so just be cautious of that. The check in staff were very welcoming and friendly.

There are two room service options on site. You have to scan a barcode to look at the menu but then you have to call to order. There is no facility to order online and charge direct to your room. You are given vouchers at check in for money off certain venues, including ihop. However when I called to order a bottle of wine I couldn't get through to the restaurant and called reception to be told that the restaurant wasn't open that day, it would be better if you were told this at check in.We had breakfast at the ihop and its is what I would say Is very expensive. It was $108 for two people then you get the $20 off. I understand you pay a premium for eating in the hotel but I thought this was excessive for 2 poached eggs on one slice of toast with avocado and cherry tomatoes and a small bowl of fruit and a breakfast sampler for my partner and a pot of coffee. If the weather hadnt been so bad I would have walked into town and found an alternative. Again not a critisism as such just a heads up for other travellers.

Valet attendant was somewhat rushing us. They pulled our truck up to the front of the hotel. Where the sign says 30 minutes load /unload- after 5 minutes of us waiting for our guests, the fellow got anxious and asked me to move ahead if we are just going to sit here. I moved ahead, and then he complained to my wife that the truck was now in the way. Whatever, it was Sunday morning, and the guy was a bit grumpy. Not the world’s most fun job I guess.

The only thing that I would comment on is the need for some type of bar in the shower to hold on for balance. Bending down to wash your feet or if you had any kind of balance issues, would be difficult in the room shower the way it’s designed. Really should be added just for the sake of Safety.

Loved watching the fireworks and falls light show from the room. The view is amazing. The room is not large; however, well designed and the bed is comfortable. The staff was kind and the very helpful.

The walk up from the park was very steep. If we had known about the funicular in advance, that would have been helpful. The cost for the iHOP breakfast (even with the room coupons) was very expensive. I guess, we were paying for the view (which was amazing;)
