The location was perfect for getting to the falls and town . Breakfast was very nice , table set beautiful. The house manager was sweet . She’s actually the one who put our air conditioner in our room . Free parking was nice to have since you could walk to most of the sights

What no one seems to mention - you need to remove your shoes at the entrance when you enter the house , there is no where to sit to do this, the trees around the driveway drop sappy leaves that stick to your shoes . Most rooms are on the second floor with alot of stairs. The rooms have jacuzzi tubs , but if someone is filling their tub you do not have hot water in any of the other rooms . And I don’t mean you you have warm water , nothing comes out of the hot water faucet , no water at all . And it seems to be the case for the shower too . I couldn’t wash my face our first night there when I wanted to go to bed . I had to wait for the water to run again . The jacuzzi’s are very big , so it takes a good 20 mins to fill. Trying to shower in the morning to start my day there was no water coming out of the hot side , only ice cold water available. It was a heat wave when we stayed and there was not an air conditioner in our room. We called the owner who volunteered to come open windows , which were on the enclosed patio , we did try ourselves and they would not budge . We offered to try if he told us which ones would open . It was uncomfortable sleeping our first night . Owner also told us that it was going to be even hotter the next day ! So why didn’t anyone put the air conditioner in the room ? We requested air conditioner the next morning .
