It was ok, we go there when there isn’t anywhere else to go during our school breaks.

It’s close to home, the Waterpark water was warm, the restaurant is attached

It had an awful smell. We had to change rooms when we first got there. I can’t explain the smell, but it kind of smelled like cleaning chemicals were used to cover something up, like cigarette smoke coming in from outside the doors at the end of the hallway

Unfortunately our car was broken into overnight. We were parked in the back lot near our room. Thankfully they only took our leftovers and left things of value, oddly enough. Assuming it’s just a hungry homeless person. I realize this does not have too much to do with the property itself but maybe upping security overnight would deter these instances. Otherwise we had no complaints about this hotel!

Overcrowded dirty pool. Far too much chlorine it burned your eyes and no ventilation. (Kids had a blast) Lifeguards constantly blowing the whistles. Rooms were okay but beds not your typical comfy hotel beds ..

Expensive, uncomfortable spring beds needs replacement, bathroom faucet in the shower needs to be fixed.

Nothing, This place is a zoo with children. It’s NOT quiet or restful. I have children. We were woken up at 7am with kids in the room above us using the room for none stop jumping, stomping and smashing on the walls. Sounded like a construction zone. I called for help. The nonsense never stopped. The noise woke up my own children.

The noise all the time. Walls are not sound proof and it’s living in a basement apartment with stomping all day all night. Checkin time is 4 pm. I tried to check in sooner. Uncomfortable digging thru luggage looking for bathing suits in the car to use the waterpark. Then checking in with wet bathing suit in the winter in Canada.

I was checked in by a wonderful home named Karen... she was very helpful and truly knew how to go about giving a great customer experience.

I liked the Waterpark and Boston pizza being right there. Also lots of restaurants and grocery stores around the area.

Great place for kids, friends, and family.

This property has been a favourite since our childhood and we came back with the entire family. It brought back great memories. We loved the convenience of the water park in the hotel for the kids. They offer many different options for adults as well.

Cost more than what it's worth.

The rooms were large and quiet and felt safe. Boston pizza was handy n very yummy.

The pool water was cold. Coldest we've been in compared to many other indoor pools/water parks. The having to pay for parking when there was lots and not even right down town niagara where parking is at a minimal. The food from the waterpark was expensive. There's LOTS OF RUST the dump bucket is loaded full of it.

This is a great hotel in terms of family stay, especially with the waterpark, however, for tonight’s day, which we staye

We loved the fact that you could walk down the hall and have the water park right there, at the back of the building there was a playground, perfect for kids, two separate restaurants were available. These were all great aspects.

We had an issue with the fact of where we were placed, there were people smoking off and on outside of our door, and the smell of the cigarettes was coming through our event/AC unit, and there were quite a few fruit flies and black flies in the room, which became a problem. Cleanliness In terms of the previous person/ eating, may have been an issue.

Waterpark! Its great for young kids We ended up with a suite that had 2 extra bunkbeds so my kid could sleep on his own bed

Hotel is very loud. Kids in hallways, walls are thin AC in room is also very loud Hotel offers a 3 in 1 which is shampoo, conditioner and body wash (should all be separate) Toilet flushes but makes extensive noise afterwards
