Great place for kids, friends, and family.

This property has been a favourite since our childhood and we came back with the entire family. It brought back great memories. We loved the convenience of the water park in the hotel for the kids. They offer many different options for adults as well.

Cost more than what it's worth.

The rooms were large and quiet and felt safe. Boston pizza was handy n very yummy.

The pool water was cold. Coldest we've been in compared to many other indoor pools/water parks. The having to pay for parking when there was lots and not even right down town niagara where parking is at a minimal. The food from the waterpark was expensive. There's LOTS OF RUST the dump bucket is loaded full of it.

This is a great hotel in terms of family stay, especially with the waterpark, however, for tonight’s day, which we staye

We loved the fact that you could walk down the hall and have the water park right there, at the back of the building there was a playground, perfect for kids, two separate restaurants were available. These were all great aspects.

We had an issue with the fact of where we were placed, there were people smoking off and on outside of our door, and the smell of the cigarettes was coming through our event/AC unit, and there were quite a few fruit flies and black flies in the room, which became a problem. Cleanliness In terms of the previous person/ eating, may have been an issue.

Waterpark! Its great for young kids We ended up with a suite that had 2 extra bunkbeds so my kid could sleep on his own bed

ROOM SMELL LIKE MARIJUANA, WATERPARK OVER CHLORINE, MONEY GRABBER HOTEL

Nothing, first room offered - smell like Marijuana. I ask the staff why does it smell like marijuana they used same air freshener. So Marijuana user go to Americana free Marijuana. Waterpark, over chlorine I start to get itchy and rashes. The hotel is money grabber, parking cost is $100 for two nights of stay.. they charge you three time of tax. Niagara falls is money grabber town.

Overall, it was a great experience, and we’d love to come back again!

We had a wonderful time at the American Waterpark Resort! The waterpark was definitely the highlight, very kid-friendly with plenty of fun attractions for all ages. My child had a blast, and it felt safe and well maintained. Our room was big and spacious, perfect for a family. It was clean, comfortable, and gave us plenty of space to relax after a fun day.

The only downside was that there was no place to leave our luggage after checkout. It would’ve been great to enjoy the waterpark a bit longer before leaving without having to worry about our bags.

Do some renos

We loved that our children could run free throughout the hotel, something they always want to do but never are able to at other hotels as many people get upset. We really liked how many lifeguards the Waterpark had and how lovely the young workers were in the Waterpark area. They informed us that children 8 and up could attend the Waterpark without parents, which was an absolute bonus as we ususly have to be with our children 24/7. This gave myself and my husband time to ourselves in our room and to have a few walks around without our children. It also gave our children a feel of responsibility and freedom they hadn't felt before on any other trip we have gone on.

The beds were very uncomfortable. The day bed in our 2 bed suit was in no way a substitution for an actual pull out couch. Our two boys found it very hard to sleep on. When we called to ask for extra full bed blankets and pillows, only 2 fleece blankets were sent. We had to call down for pillows. The pillows were also absolutely horrible, not soft or comfortable at all. The next day we called for a cot, hoping it maybe a little better than the day bed but unfortunately they didnt have any available. We asked for more blankets in hopes to make the second night's sleep a little better. Again, no large Comforters were given, only scratchy "fleece" blankets. The beds in the room were like a child's bed, stiff, uneven and no comfort added. A pillow top mattress cover would have done wonders. Towels were limited and when asked for more, only a few were given, mind you we had 5 kids and 2 adults in the room. No extra care was received, we were hoping to get luggage storage but it was not offered, no one offered to help with luggage and we had to go searching for a cart to bring luggage up. Our children also all got serious rashes from the Waterpark, the amount of chlorine used with the little air flow made it very hard to break in the Waterpark within 30 minutes of being inside it. My husband and our youngest both Had serious Asthma attacks due to the air quality in the Waterpark and we had to run to our room for their inhalers. We asked if windows could be opened as it was a warmer day and unfortunately the staff wasn't able to. We also were never spoken to after the inhaler incident, no one checked to see if we needed any assistance or to even apologize for the inconvenience during our stay. My children went to bed crying due to the crazy amount of chlorine exposure that causes rashes on almost every part of their bodies. Again, nothing was said to us after we had made this situation aware to the staff.

It was a great space. Waterpark was perfect for my toddler. Nice to have a restaurant in the hotel!! And it was really easy to get to.

The beds were very uncomfortable. They were lumpy. We unfortunately had a room right beside the entrance to the water park and it was very loud at night and none of our family slept as there were kids running back and forth through the hallways until midnight !

My twins girls love the water park.

This is my third time visiting this hotel. I've never heard so much noise and uproar at night. A dance event was taking place, and the facility was packed with children of all ages. There was no respect for the peace and quiet of others at night, and I don't blame the children, but I do blame their parents, who are responsible for their behavior. Likewise, the hotel staff on duty failed to enforce the rules of conduct, which I assume shouldn't allow such shouting, which disturbs other guests.
