It made bad impression. With just a few simple facilities, it would have been good!

room had two beds, clean washroom, and warm temperature. It had also good capacity.

It was supposed to have microwave, TV services, clean floor, breakfast, and coffee. But it didn't have any of those. We called maintenance to fix TV service, but a gut showed up and walked into the room with dirt and made a mess on the floor. Breakfast time wasn't mentioned in the room! We missed it. It was too early (6 to 9 AM). Personally, I have been on a few work trips and breakfast time is usually up to 11 AM. It was said in the booking that we would have a microwave in the room, but it wasn't there. Even the microwave in the reception room was too small!

Very peaceful and relaxing

We had a very lovely stay, the tub was clean and ready for our use which was such a nice touch. Very cozy and tucked away for the perfect amount of privacy. They also offer breakfast with the King suite which is always a bonus! You will not be disappointed.

Shampoo and conditioners are empty, sheets and linens smells like cigarette, the rooms are falsely advertised in terms of fridge and coffee maker as the room doesnt have any. Breakfast lacks protein and choices, waffle batter is sour.

What a horrible experience. The room was gross and had cob webs all over. The place needs a paint job. The sink on the outside of the bathroom that doesn't lock was useless. The breakfast is sub par. Nothing was getting refilled unless you asked and the bar where the food was is filthy. Would never stay here again even if it was free.

People that lives in there kids are loud . Her boyfriend kept slamming the door around 1-3 am knock on my door one night but I didn't answer just looked out the window . No extra blankets , no refrigerator or microwave

Room was run down, toilet water was running all night, sink tap leaks, bathroom counter was falling apart, the place seem unclean and spelled bad! Yhe only thing that was a pass was the bedsheets appeared to be clean!

Gnat Motel

It's a total and complete dump. Gnats swarming, resting in the tub and curtains and side of mattress. Nasty smell inside, tv didn't work. Dumpster view (literally, there was a dumpster right out front, obscuring the view). I get It's cheap but they shouldn't do people like this: the pictures online are 100% not what you get in person. I will never trust this brand again.

Amazing and great staff that were very helpful

We have stayed their numerous times. This time we were in an event in Hamilton but we are so comfortable with this location and know where everything is around it that we stayed here and traveled the hour each day to our event. We will definitely be back

Would not recommend, dumpy and smelly.

The pictures listed for this property create unrealistic expectations. We give 0 stars, did not even end up staying the night due to how dumpy and did not want to risk encountering bed bugs. This place is a run down Roach Motel attached to an Indian restaurant with a tiny parking lot that felt like the slums. Upon walking into our main floor room we encountered a mouse and an inescapable smell of Indian food. Would not recommend.

Did not like the property at all

The hotel room was not clean. There’s black spots on the sheet. The floors seem to never been shampooed or vacuumed. TV. Didn’t work at all when you leave the room someone goes through your room and looks through your stuff. I actually left one day early lost my money but but not what you do. I do not recommend this hotel for anybody it should be closed down for being on fit on clean.

The best thing about the motel is the staff. They were awesome and I would stay with them again.

We ran into an issue with the AC/heater in our room but Management immediately sent maintenance to deal with it. When it could not be fixed they provided a heater and extra duvets and we were very comfortable.

The continental breakfast wasn't great. While they did have waffles that you could make and cereal, there was only bread for toast and very small muffins. So the menu was more suited to small kids rather than adults.
