When I had booked online, I had been told 1 of my rooms would have a king bed and the other would have 2 queens. When i got there, the front desk assumed I only had 1 room. After some convincing we got the second, however, 2 rooms with 2 queen beds.

There is no hot water in the bathroom.

The room was large and the beds were good.

The bathroom wasn't clean enough, and worst of all, the shower head was broken and there was no hot water. The bathroom is the most important part of a hotel, but it was broken. It was a terrible experience for me.

Guest date night

Out dinner at wildfire and our waitress sarah was exceptional the price of the meal i'm with this world. 5 course. Dinner could not finish it had to take it home. Sarah, thank you for an amazing evening. You are one of best servers. I've ever had thank 😋

The coupon for the restaurant at the hotel is not explained that you cannot use it for the special meal. They offer yet. It was put on the card advertising it that should be explained before you hand out any more cards other than that the hotel was exceptional

Comfy, clean and dog-friendly :)

Second time staying there with our dog, friendly staff, ample parking, always cozy and clean! our room was spacious with 2 TVs and a microwave. Location is close to a mall and many restos. The coffeeshop at the lobby is a win too.

Disappointing

The staff is excellent and very helpful. They did as much as they could to help us. They offered to move us to a 3rd room but we were on a tight timeline and also had no reason to believe the next room would be any better.

Smoker in the next room causing Smokey hallway and coming into our room. They moved us to another room. Broken thermostat, zero heat in the bathroom, cold water, stucco fell off the ceiling into a pile on the floor. Starbucks storefront in the lobby had very weak coffee, nothing like Starbucks.

1. Unexpected additional charges ($160 total. $80 for my dog and $80 for parking). 2. Waiting 3-5 business days to get my security deposit back with being notified of the wait at check-in. 3. The room was dimly. The bathroom in particular was very dim to the point of being difficult to get ready using the mirror.

Location

I asked if I could leave my car on the property as I settled my partner in. We were going for dinner at 6:30 (we got there after 5) and I was not staying the night. They told me it was ok as security only checks the cars parked there overnight. I asked twice and she said it’s no problem. Being that I would be gone for dinner for about an hour I was still uneasy so I went and asked her for a TEMPORARY ticket just in case they came to do rounds before I got back. She gave me one no problem. We came back on the property after 8 and I left after making sure everything was ok with my partner. I did not stay the night. I got charged for 2 cars for 2 nights. They’re still “waiting on their manager to look into it” and I haven’t gotten my refund. They still won’t even check the cameras. I’m not getting any replies nor answers.

The size of the room was surprisingly nice, although oddly laid out.

paid parking and tourist fees were very disappointing. So was the lack of a sports bar that is shown in photos on Google maps... apparently it's just a breakfast bar now, which unlike other discount hotels which have a free breakfast. Indoor pool was very chilly. A disappointment to the Ramada brandname

Location a little out of main entertainment area Parking charges need to be dropped at all these hotels in Niagara. Unnecessary really. It would be better if they are either removed altogether or a small amount ie 10$ incorporated into final bill. Its especially annoying if the hotel is a 10 min drive away from the main Clifton Hill area, I'd definitely make it free and it would encourage more people to stay here .

Honestly there was nothing I didn't like. It isn't the first time I reserve in this particular Ramada. Few years back there was renovations taking place and those renovations were well worth the time to come back to. Place is really nice.

Was good to stay there for three nights . The guy at register desk Sherjil was awesome. He check in us late night and helped a lot. He made our stay extraordinary by helping us in many ways.

Place was clean with good space. Restaurant was closed at the price you would expect more and Starbucks hours and price were not convenient.

The aircnditioning isn’t cooling steady at set temperature, I was half sleep because it was warm and I was sweating . I I get up at @ 3 am the temp was 72 F while I set it 68 F . Then it worked at around 6 AM . I would say they lock the temp , It was lock and set at a certain time.

Very clean and staff was very welcoming ! The online check in and check out is a nice feature, took us all of less than 5 minutes to check in and out! Room was spacious and the pool was very very clean :)

The one pool ladder seemed a bit dangerous, I think it was broken. We went to buy 2 redbulls at the Starbucks in the lobby and it came to $22. Just seems a little bit overpriced

Didn’t get tot stay booked in booking .com said it was confirmed and than got To the hotel and they had no rooms for us to stay in Not to Mention this is not the first time through booking something has happened. Couple times they promoted pools or breakfast and had none or pools were out of order
