Location

I asked if I could leave my car on the property as I settled my partner in. We were going for dinner at 6:30 (we got there after 5) and I was not staying the night. They told me it was ok as security only checks the cars parked there overnight. I asked twice and she said it’s no problem. Being that I would be gone for dinner for about an hour I was still uneasy so I went and asked her for a TEMPORARY ticket just in case they came to do rounds before I got back. She gave me one no problem. We came back on the property after 8 and I left after making sure everything was ok with my partner. I did not stay the night. I got charged for 2 cars for 2 nights. They’re still “waiting on their manager to look into it” and I haven’t gotten my refund. They still won’t even check the cameras. I’m not getting any replies nor answers.

Given the number of other hotels in the immediate area I doubt I'll be staying at this one again.

The size of the room was surprisingly nice, although oddly laid out.

paid parking and tourist fees were very disappointing. So was the lack of a sports bar that is shown in photos on Google maps... apparently it's just a breakfast bar now, which unlike other discount hotels which have a free breakfast. Indoor pool was very chilly. A disappointment to the Ramada brandname

Location a little out of main entertainment area Parking charges need to be dropped at all these hotels in Niagara. Unnecessary really. It would be better if they are either removed altogether or a small amount ie 10$ incorporated into final bill. Its especially annoying if the hotel is a 10 min drive away from the main Clifton Hill area, I'd definitely make it free and it would encourage more people to stay here .

Honestly there was nothing I didn't like. It isn't the first time I reserve in this particular Ramada. Few years back there was renovations taking place and those renovations were well worth the time to come back to. Place is really nice.

Staff were friendly, even though she was alone and there was a lineup of people. She explained that her colleague was late in arriving but would be there shortly.

Great staff and good place especially thanks to sherjil.

Was good to stay there for three nights . The guy at register desk Sherjil was awesome. He check in us late night and helped a lot. He made our stay extraordinary by helping us in many ways.

The aircnditioning isn’t cooling steady at set temperature, I was half sleep because it was warm and I was sweating . I I get up at @ 3 am the temp was 72 F while I set it 68 F . Then it worked at around 6 AM . I would say they lock the temp , It was lock and set at a certain time.

Way over priced

Place was clean with good space. Restaurant was closed at the price you would expect more and Starbucks hours and price were not convenient.

Location wasn't convenient with no dinner or restaurant. Highway noise was loud likely do to poor seals around AC unit.

Very clean and staff was very welcoming ! The online check in and check out is a nice feature, took us all of less than 5 minutes to check in and out! Room was spacious and the pool was very very clean :)

The one pool ladder seemed a bit dangerous, I think it was broken. We went to buy 2 redbulls at the Starbucks in the lobby and it came to $22. Just seems a little bit overpriced

The fact that the room smelled badly no hot water had to call maintenance to check , he then told me to let it run till it’s hot. Took about half an hour to warm up , next day wanted to shower before we left and no hot water again couldn’t wait again had to be at work . Also the lighting in the room was horrible floor lamp was falling apart , never will we return here WORST HOTEL WE HAVE EVER STAYED IN !!!!

Dirty, not customer service friendly outdated

The place was not up to cleanliness standards. The fridge was leaking from the bottom & the water in the room ran yellow, shower & sink we had to shower with water bottles first night after a long drive, one of the bed sheets were dirty or perhaps not changed and when informed to the staff they kept saying they would come see it or call me back and they were going through renovations….they never came or switch out our room to which i was not ended up checking out earlier then expected and ruined our long weekend, wish there was a way for me to send an attachment of the video of the water running. would not recommend anyone to stay here.

Incredibly poor communication!

Don’t know, when I called on my check in date to make sure the desk was open for a late check in, I was told that they were closed for renovations and they had booked me at another hotel. I received no prior notice of this change, or the opportunity to accept or decline it. If I hadn’t called I would have arrived late at night to find this out. The new location was 10 minutes away in the wrong direction. Terrible communication!!
