Not worth the money

Great concept. Great water park.

The food was not good. We ordered to go and everything was cold. The room had a microwave and mini fridge so plan to bring your own food. Dated. I did not like the fact the fact that you have to pay for everything else than the water park. Makes for a very expensive weekend.

Great stay, but horrible checkout experience.

The facilities are amazing including the pool, mini golf, arcade, bowling etc.

The checkout experience was horrible. They literally mean if the checkout is at 11:00 AM, they will bang the door open and nag you after every 5 minutes until you leave. I have not witnessed this behaviour anywhere except this lodge. Specially when you are travelling with little children, you might take a few minutes extra and the resort should be more accommodating.

The water park was amazing. The outdoor splash pad and mini golf were fun. Arcade was cool but pricy.

That there is so many additional cost grabs in family’s. More should be included on the cost of the rooms. Rooms are dated and the carpets all new replacement. Terrible wet smell. Thankful for the steak restaurant as all other food quality was poor choices. Lots of sugar pushed at every corner. Cost of arcade, bowling, laser tag and magic quest is so much extra of families. Thankfully our kids are well behaved and didn’t over ask for more every chance they could. Waterpark was great. And love that the lifeguards are very well trained and watching non stop. Seating in the waterpark was very uncomfortable and not relaxing to hang out in. Loungers were again another sneaky cost to families. The hard part is that we can afford all of the extras but feel it’s unfair and unnecessary to put in young families that want to enjoy and afford a few memorable trip with their children. The bar in the waterpark is a nice touch. We enjoyed a beverage while our kids played. Our only issue was that there were some people there absolutely loaded and it was very inappropriate to watch around their own children and for all to see. We may come again but would need to be in the summer for some fresh air and sunshine.

Bad experience

Water park

When I have arrived hotel has construction and I didn’t know that. I asked for changing room because we had a 2 construction bins on our view and they didn’t do any cooperation. The only thing they asked was extra charge for upgrading also in during the stay they never came to fill out the tea and coffee in our room. I called them and asked for refills but they said they can’t do it. No cleaning … In total it was the terrible birthday experience for me. Last time it was great experience and I gave them 5 star reviews and that was the reason that I pick this property for my birthday celebration but unfortunately I get really disappointed on this property. 😞😞😞😞😞

The folks who set up camp in the water park and not even going into the water. Some of the larger slides not appropriate for some kids even if they are tall enough. Some kids playing bumper cars in the lazy river.

Nice waterpark but pricy!

1- The waterpark is enjoyable for children. 2-Our room was comfortable and good in general. The buffet breakfast was good quality (tasted good). 3- There were enough parking spots and was free. 4- There are good events/programs (yoga, dance, storytelling, etc.) for children in the lobby every hour.

1-The facility is old and needs renovation. 2-They charged us 22 dollars per adult for breakfast buffet BUT ONLY one drink was included. Additional drinks were charged. 3- There is nothing included in the room rate. Even the locker was not for free and cost 10$/day for a suitable size locker. There were not enough lockers anyways even to rent. 4- There was no place to change clothes in the locker area. There was no hairdryer in the locker rooms. 5- The quality of the pizza place (the only place you could buy food and take it inside) was not good. The pizza tasted bad with low quality. 6- The check-in (10:00) and check-out (16:00) times did not feel right. Check-in is at 16:00 (late) which felt like they wanted you to pay for the locker.

It was for my grandson 3rd birthday he really enjoyed it.

We didn’t have breakfast but we did have dinner I felt it was over priced for the limited variety.

I think the buffet restaurant can use more selection for the price.

Awesome family getaway - would recommend to anyone.

Waterpark was great - clean, staff was organized and helpful, towels and life jackets available, nice and warm. Waterslides for both young and old were fun. Rooms were comfortable and clean. We purchased the meal plan for one day and all 9 of us were extremely happy with the variety, quality and staff were friendly and helpful. Absolutely delicious breakfast and dinner buffet - something for everyone. Paw passes for the toddlers were well worth the additional cost and the kids loved it. Have to mention that the staff went above and beyond on several occasions - made our stay even more enjoyable. We were 6 adults and 3 toddlers and all loved our stay!

Although we loved our stay the cost was high.

I love everything about Great Wolf 🐺 lodge. It's a very family oriented environment, the kids love the water park, the arcade etc. It was my second time going this year 2023. And I have share my experience with other friends and family to take a trip there. I will definitely be going back. It's my get away fun place to go. Thank you great wolf lodge see you next time.

Scandal you to spend more money in there.

Indoor water park for kids.

How they scandal the customers out of more money. Received the lucky family package free for next day stay at the tent saying included complimentary food and drinks. Arrived on the second day, saying to us every thing is free then gave us the big manual to choose whatever we want. After food and alcoholic drinks arrived then give the bill of the food we ordered. We asked why as we were told everything is free. Then their answer was - only whatever that are in the fridge is free - which is couple pops and apple juices, and these food from the restaurant you have to paid. So we spent an extra $200 dollars there for food. While paying and overheard others were paying about $400 for the food they ordered they thought is free.

Expensive but fun!

Waterpark was good. (Although I did think fallsview was better. But that was a few years ago) my 5 year old was able to ride on almost everything with me. Most of the staff were super nice. And helpful! Prices for food inside were good. Using wristband for room key, payments was super convenient. Texting for questions on things like icemaker location, details, other requests was easy and they were very responsive. Lot's of games and events for children. Kid cabin suite was large and well laid out.

Price was a little much for what you get. Fitness center left something to be desired.

A fun place to spend a few days with young children.

The quality of the food was much better than I had anticipated - it was actually quite good! I also enjoyed the wide variety of family friendly activities at the resort.

I would have liked extended hours for the indoor water park. The temperature of the ‘hot’ tub/pool could have been hotter. There was a lot of noise from the floor above our room until late at night. It sounded like a dance party (a lot of fast footsteps) each night.

Exceptional

We truly love Great Wolf!! The kids had such a blast playing MagiQuest and running around to all the other attractions. The Paw Pass was a great way for them to be independent and collect their items at each station. The staff were great! The facilities were clean and organized. Great experience

My only complaint is that it was too difficult to extend our stay. We had requested to stay one more night in advance but because we booked with booking.com it was a delayed response and the rate we were given was not really appreciated. We would've loved to stay and found it frustrating that it was so hard to extend our stay. It was unfortunate!
