Excellent experience I would definitely stay again.

The employees working at the front desk were always personable. Loved the cocoa, coffee, and tea bar availability. The whole place was very clean. I would definitely stay again.

No hot tub which wasn’t a big deal except we came back from the falls at night FROZEN and would have loved that option. Settled for the pool but it was kind of cold. Only 1 ice machine was working, I had to try each floor before finding a working one on the last floor.

It was a great location, right off the 190 so easy to get to, a lot of stores and restaurants close by. Easy access to the Falls, and quick trip to get into Buffalo. Breakfast was pretty standard hotel breakfast, tasted great. My room and the lobby were clean.

The side door closest to my room didn't work right, the scanner appeared broken. The "flow" in the breakfast room wasn't the greatest. While waiting for my waffle to cook I always seemed in the way of other guests.

Niagara Falls visit

It was clean & good location for what we were there for.

When we arrived the wall in bathroom drywall was cracked & sink in bathroom was also. The bathroom floor was a little slick not sure if it was the cleaner or someone got lotion on the floor from the wall dispenser. The carpet between bedroom & area for coffee was was coming apart. Reported to front desk & they said this was reported already for maintenance. After the 2nd day toilet keep running off & on every 15 min & told front desk. Nothing was done about it & we were there for a week. When we asked for them to get us new towels & soap & coffee we would get it. But extra toilet paper was forgotten & just had to ask for it. The breakfast is always good variety to choose from. Overall was a good stay except the toilet.

Our Stay 10-15-25

This was our first stay on the US side of the falls. The room was nice and clean, very comfortable and quiet. Checking in and out was very smooth. Breakfast was good, we loved the gift shop. The prices were great.

Other than the ice machine not working (which was a minor inconvenience), nothing bad to say.

Will definitely come back to stay and visit the falls

Hotel was very clean and comfortable. We were there for a funeral and the room was ready before the 3pm check in and they allowed us to go in. This was such a pleasant experience as most hotels make you wait until that time. Breakfast was great. They were constantly refilling eggs and condiments. Coffee station was fully stocked at all times with tea and hot chocolate for kids. Beds very comfortable and the gym had one of every type of apparatus plus weights.

The property was very clean. The staff member at check in was nice and very helpful. The room was massive and had everything we needed.

It was hard to get someone’s attention when we needed to check out very early (4:45 am)

WONDERFUL HOTEL & HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

This hotel was VERY NICE! We booked it based on the great reviews and they were spot on. Employees were very nice and always greeted us, the hotel was very clean and our room was so nice. It even had framed pictures of Niagara Falls on the walls in the room. Comfortable mattress, nice hot shower, closet for clothes etc. microwave, mini fridge, coffee maker, blow dryer. Also you get free breakfast which was good and included eggs, bacon, cereals, breads, bagels, oatmeal, make your own waffles, fresh fruits, yogurts including Chobani, juices, muffins and more. In the evenings they have fresh made cookies in the front lobby (SO good) and they have 24hr coffee. They also have a small gift shop with some Niagara Falls stuff, plus snacks etc. This hotel was less than 15-minutes to the Niagara Falls State Park and a really easy route to get there (TIP, park in the lot at the state park its really close to the falls and everything. $15/day) ☆☆☆☆☆ 5-STARS and highly recommend this hotel, kudos to the manager & staff for doing such a great job !

Great location and friendly staff the parking area was also free and large.

Need a larger breakfast area, the food area is too small. Many people you can’t move, we went late and early both times cowed on a weekday.

Clean good location.

Noisy people in room above, made complaint nothing changed, why put young children on top floor jumping on and off beds until after midnight and early next morning, breakfast way too busy and very limited.

We all rested well and enjoyed our stay!

Clean, nice cold air and temp and shower pressure were wonderful! Staff was friendly. The breakfast was very good also. Also close to the NS Park.

No sheets or extra blankets were furnished for the sofa bed. So the next morning we went down to get them ( so tied the night before). No trash cans outside.

Awful won’t return

The staff in the morning of check out was terrible - he smelled like pot didn’t seem to care at all - I asked for a copy of my invoice and was refused because I booked through booking I requested it form booking still haven’t gotten it so now I have to jump through hoops to be reimbursed at work because this gentleman was in no way helpful was to worried about being outside smoking his pot - absolutely disgusting -

It was clean and beds were very comfortable. Great complimentary breakfast. Staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Breakfast area needs to be larger…really small for the amount of people staying there. I didn’t like not having room cleaned daily…even if to only wipe down bathroom and change towels and bath mat. I like a clean bathroom and let’s face it…I’m on vacation and don’t want to clean a bathroom while I’m staying in a hotel.

Very clean. My wife and I are celebrating our 47th wedding anniversary and loved staying here. If I could I would rate this property 11 out of a 10!!!!!!!

Hallway carpet on 2nd floor seemed worn and in need of a good cleaning. But It was still better than most we have stayed in.
