We stayed for two nights. Our room was not cleaned up or restocked after the first night. I.e. clean towels, coffee, garbage emptied. I found a cleaning girl down the hall, she did come and do the things i requested, about 15 min later. And was polite and apologetic. She said she was not told to do anything with it room. The bathtub floor had no slip resistance nor was there a grab bar. Risky for me, senior with bad knee. My husband came in to assist. What if i was staying alone?? Dangerous. Eggs and bacon were cold. Rest of breakfast very good. Staff were friendly.

Honestly, it was very nice. We were close to a lot of the event we wanted to take in. My only complaint, would have to be the toilet in the room, it needed some maintenance. It was wobbly, and I don't think anyone knows to clean under the rim of the toilet. We always bring cleaning supplies, because it may look clean, but you never know.

We had a great experience at Comfort Inn and Suites in Niagara during our 3 night stay. We liked that it wasn't directly in the middle of the madness that can sometimes be Niagara but still a short drive to everything Niagara has to offer. The hotel itself was very well kept and modernized and had a very comfortable feel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great and the staff made sure it was fresh and the area cleaned immaculately. My only issue was the mattress was not all that comfortable in comparison to other rooms we have stayed in. Otherwise, we enjoyed staying here and would stay here again if ever in Niagara.

Ladybat front desk was courteous and efficient. She also helped with a restaurant recommendation for our group of bikers. Everyone innthe group was very pleased with the size of the rooms.

The hotel was close to several restaurants which was nice. The problem was we were there to see the falls but we weren't really close enough. Also there were several things that could use repair ie: the elevator call button on the 2nd floor, the air conditioner in our room, the toilet in our bath (it ran constantly after a few flushes and I had to lift the tank lid and play with the inside) and the BR door was broken.

Room was non-smoking but clearly other guests were smoking in their room(s) and the odor came through vents (ugh). Staff was pleasant and helpful when available. Upon our check out, front desk staff was walking the property so front desk was unattended. No housekeeping unless you request it and only after third night. I’m okay with no housekeeping as I disinfect my room upon check in. I did have to track down a cart to leave used towels and grab clean ones. All in all, very good hotel.
