This was a family trip to Niagara Falls. Our stay was pleasant. The area surrounding the hotel was quiet, we liked the fact that there was a movie theater in walking distance. The hotel room was clean and accommodating. The hotel associates that we encountered, were all friendly, courteous, and professional. Our family would definitely stay at this hotel again!

It is supposed to be a non smoking hotel and the room smelled of smoke, the furniture smelled of smoke. During the night I was awoken by the smell of cigarette smoke from a nearby room.

I didn’t like there services..we stayed 3 nights there but they didn’t take room trash or didn’t even change the bedcover..bathroom soap bootlegs was not clean…overall my experience was not good..won’t stay there again.

The cleanliness is poor. Didn’t look like they vacuumed before our stay. Stains on the carpet. The room smelled when we walked in. The bedding smelled awful and requested a change. Housekeeping at this hotel lacks horribly. The pool looked questionable. Luckily it was a very short stay. Likely I would never try this hotel again.

Do not stay here. It was filthy, half the amenities didn’t work and it cost as much as it would staying at a nicer hotel (ie. the hilton). The only redeeming quality was the staff, who were nice and professional. When I say filthy, I do mean filthy: coffee pots had mold, wall paint was peeling and cigarette nicotine was running down walls (non-smoking rooms), stained carpets and stained sheets, burnt out light bulbs, damaged light fixtures and a leaking fridge.

There was a foul odor on every floor. The furniture was dingy. The carpet was dirty and needed vacuumed. The pull out couch/bed had broken springs. It was in poor condition. The pool area wasn’t clean and the water looked dirty. Never again will I spend my hard earned money at any la Quinta hotels or affiliates.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a very unpleasant experience. The room was not clean upon arrival, and the overall hygiene standards were far below expectations. The internet was completely down during our stay, and no one was available or willing to assist. There was no apology or acknowledgment for the inconvenience. The breakfast was extremely poor in quality, with very limited and unappealing options. Considering the price we paid, this was unacceptable. I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere if you are planning to visit Niagara Falls.

This place was terrible, very dirty! Our bedsheets had spotting carpet had spotting. Dogs were peeing next to elevator on the carpet right in front of us.. there was one person at the front desk at night and he could not manage all the things that had to be taken care of. Our sofa didn’t have any sheets. There were no sheets in the room. We had to wait an hour until they brought sheets to us.. Would never recommend for anyone to say that hotel. It looks nothing like on the pictures. Motel looks better than this.

Conveniently located near the falls. We arrived after a 7 hour drive on a Friday afternoon and all the kids wanted to do was go swimming. Pool was closed UNTIL 330 pm Saturday. Then I reported that the spare blanket in the closet was dirty and no one made any move to replace it. We were out of our room for 7 hours Saturday and returned to a room that was not serviced. When I reported everything nothing was done to correct it except an apology. The breakfast, though layed out poorly for crowds, was good and met our needs.

This was a run down, dirty, yucky breakfast place. We were fooled by it being La Quinta.

Funky smell inside the room once we entered our room. We didn’t checked the bed sheets and linen but that’s a learning lesson moving forward. We paid $25 a day for pet fee and you would think that we would come in with clean sheets and linen but it’s dirty with dry blood spots and urine on the comforter. It’s disgusting we were sleeping on them touching our skin. They hid it well lower on the mattress and it’s deliberate because we discovered it days after our stay. Great lesson moving forward to always check the mattress upon checking in. The hotel lobby has an 8.3 rating and I followed that misleading hotel rating.

Would not recommend, looks nice on the outside. Not super clean, elevator sounded like it was going to break any minute so we used the stairs. They didn’t bother to make our beds when asked, they said they would send someone up right away, never showed. One of the reasons I like a hotel. I make my bed every morning and when spending $400 a night they could at least make the bed. Won’t stay there again.
