I would never stay there again!

No breakfast.

Room was dirty. Carpet was filthy. We had to ask for toilet paper. No face cloths. There was a large party next to us and the adjoining rooms. Noise all night.

Don't stay here.

There was no free breakfast like it said on the sign and websites. The other guests in about 5 rooms partied until about 4am. It was terrible, we almost called the police because we were unable to get a hold of anyone to complain.

Absolutely nothing

It was filthy, no heat, dirty sheets and towels. Everything covered in dirt and dust. Bathroom filthy.

It was decent could have been way more bareble if there was heat and less noise from drunkards.

The person at the front desk was polite and efficient. Not much to like very basic all around.

I did not have heat at night. It went down to 1 degree C. Sometime at the middle of the night there seems to be a crowd outside. This crowd was loud and disruptive. I found out later they also used a fire extinguisher outside my room.

Everything was awful. Our room had a broken window and was gross. Pubic hairs in the shower bathroom are definitely not cleaned thoroughly. We asked them to clean it and we came back and decided not to stay. We asked the employee about it and she said she would move us to one with a Jacuzzi that didn't really help for $50 more. There was also people outside. I was standing in front my Door waiting for my partner to get our stuff as he has the key. When the man above was staring down at me saying what to do I want? In a creepy suggestive way. No prompting nothing. Either he thought I was alone or was wanting to sell me on something, watching me walk over from above me( from above our room). Gut feeling said you're not safe. On top of the pubic hairs all over and the broken window. No thanks!

Good value and near downtown

I like the location, 15min walk to cliffton hill and 3 min walk to McDonalds. Friendly personnel, allow us to extend more time for check-out. Good Value for money who is on budget. Wifi is good. Clean. Lots of parking and cost only CAD10. Place is safe.

Building is old, unit and the facilities. TV channels signal are not so good. You can easily hear people walking outside and smells cigar and MJ.

Close but no cigar

It was close to Clifton hill.

The TV didn't work, the bed had broken springs in it so there was a hole in the middle. I should've taken photos of the broken light switch plate. The window didn't have a screen to open the window- and the fan in the bathroom didn't work. If it had been cleaned there would've been more than half a roll of toilet paper, and some other person's phone charger wouldn't have been on the floor behind the nightstand. Parking was also a fee on top of the room rate.

Close to Niagara Falls. New sink. Clean linen and bed bug free.

Shower tile needed to be cleaned better. Bath tub need replacing, asap. TV remote stuck between dvd and vcr. Can’t watch tv. Had to pay for parking separately. That should have been included in the price. Carpet and couch looked extremely dated.

The swimming pool was great we had a great time swimming 🏊‍♀️ out door. It was cleaned every day and the water was fantastic Best out door pool in Niagara Falls Rooms are clean every day great 👍 The beds are comfortable and air conditioner was nice and cool

Disappointing

Location and friendly staff

Our room was nothing like the photos. It was very disappointing for the price we paid, in the way that it was ‘dated’ and had mismatched furniture. What was more disappointing was that the beds looked like they had been slept in, with the pillow cases wrinkled and the pillows tossed on both beds. The beds were not made properly. A stack of towels were placed on the microwave and the room lacked face cloths and hand towels. The tub was very old and tarnished and scratched.

Niagara Courtside Inn puts the hospitality industry to shame.

Tried to book an overnight stay on short notice for a friend needing a place to stay. I followed all instructions through the website as I am located in the Maritimes, and the payment was processed. I provided all the necessary information, but my friend was turned away. No one attempted to contact me, and when I called the next day for clarification and to request a refund, the concierge was blunt, rude, argumentative and even hung up on me. I will NEVER book here again and strongly discourage anyone from doing so. A park bench would be more hospitable.

Frank was really nice but still sketchy place

The place was dirty. They asked for a or $200 charge saying that if the rooms are damaged or anything. When I went up to my room, there was a guy in his room next of mine with the lights off smoking a cigarette in the back of his room. So my room smell like cigarettes right off the bat and the lights didn't work so I immediately left and told him I'd like my money back because I won't be staying there and they said well. Hopefully you can get it back after 5 business days but if you have problems call this number . They must have a lot of problems with people trying to get their money back probably has roaches and the people that live there are sketchy. Definitely have people living there.

It was ok for what was needed but will never stay there again.

The only thing that I "liked" was that it was close to the casino and the bus to get home.

The bathroom looked like it hadn't been cleaned in years, the door to the room didn't fully meet the door frame so cold air was coming in from outside, one of the chairs had a stain, the pillows were lumpy, the couch made a noise everytime someone went to either sit down on it or stand up, the toilet moved if sat on a certain way, the fridge smelt and wasn't even plugged in.

They have a big parking space but they charge for the parking extra.

I booked two rooms for four adults and one child , felt very uncomfortable due to two main reason. One is they dont provide enough towels and other toilet stuffs. Whatever they provided as a towel that was old and not worth to use. So we have to buy towels for our uses. secondly , and this thing is very rude , they have enough charging outlets but only one from eachrook was working properly. except this working ones, other charging oulets is completely loose or not workable. they need to facilate these two issues , because they arent charging lees compare to the market. The washrooms are kinda old, bathtub wasnt cleaned properly , you will hate to sit over there. More over ,there is not floor towels provided for the washrooms , so if you are very young or old , you will have a possibility to slip or fall.
