There was a coffee machine in the breakfast room and it is right next to a gas station and a McDonald's

My expectations were low and I was still disappointed. It was pretty cheap and I still feel i overpaid. Got in late, exhausted, pulled back the covers and found a stain on the sheets. Was looking for something and made the mistake of checking under the bed. Will absolutely not return.

Shelter from the blizzard

I have stayed at this hotel many times. It is always great value. I so appreciate being able to check in during a blizzard extremely early. Was very gracious. I even stayed an extra night

The only thing was the heater/ac unit casing was broken in one corner you could see daylight which made it difficult to keep the heat in the room.

Two-star shabbiness with lots of 3-star extras

Breakfast was excellent. Nice bedding. Free parking and relatively close to the Falls (walkable for some). Nice extra Indian carpet in the room.

The king size bed. Was obviously a cast-off from a higher priced hotel. Sagged to the middle. Room was too dark. Needed an extra light or two.

Overall, a decent and comfortable stay with great staff, just wish it had been a little quieter.

I really enjoyed the jacuzzi and the convenient location. The staff were very kind and helpful when I needed assistance.

The neighbours were quite loud at first, with music that made it hard to relax. Thankfully, it seemed to stop after I went downstairs to see about a new room.

Value for money

The value for money of this hotel was amazing. The staff were really friendly and we could walk to all the sights leaving the car which was exactly what we wanted. We had a balcony, it was overlooking the carpark and road but to be able to sit outside was really nice.

Breakfast was a little busy (but it was a public holiday). Suggest that if the hours were extended just for that day this may have helped or opening the doors to the outside space for folk to sit down.

Not a good place to have proper rest at night due to poor AC

Poor air condition system , We reached at midnight stayed only to get a proper sleep but unfotunately AC system is terrible , it stops after 5 minute then , you gets sweating ,wake up turn it on again. This happen multiple times throughout the night. Had a balcony with my room and noted balcony is not clean and chairs in balcony is dust filled.

My granddaughter and I enjoyed the bed, and the breakfast was very good.

Our "balcony" room didn't have a balcony, just a fenced in patio. It would have been better if the fence had a gate or opening to the parking lot for ease of getting to our vehicle with luggage etc.

Good overall for the price. What I paid for is what I got.

It was located very well. Near the highway and not too far from the falls. The parking was free which was a great bonus. Clean enough.

Had issues with keycard consistently where any slight contact with my phone it stopped the card from working so I had to go to front office multiple times to fix it.

Good value a short drive away from the main attractions

My family had a pleasant stay. This was one of the few properties in our budget that included breakfast and parking spot for free. The place was clean and the bed was comfortable. The free breakfast is continental style - simple toast, bread, bagel, cereal, yogurt, waffle pancakes. There was microwave outside and free utensils/paper plates that you could use when the breakfast nook was close. Really no complaints. You could probably walk to the main attractions (15-20 minute walk) from there but i recommend driving or taking an Uber.

The pillows were a bit too high and hard for me.
