First thing I noticed is that when we got there the room was like a freezer you can hang meat in it so cold, Did it change rooms to give me a king size which Wasn't too bad but at the same time there Hallways are narrow they're using cheap board for flooring which is the water is raising the floor, I did find a hair and the food as well I did make the staff throw it away and bring a fresh container food so everybody else can get, yeah thing was $20 per parking which is absolutely ridiculous we are paying for a hotel room we shouldn't be paying for parking especially when they own the lot so they hook you on the hotel and a gouge you in the parking, I stayed another hotels and Niagara Falls and I didn't have to pay for parking so I'm disappointed with choice which is the main owner of the hotel they're Comfort Inns are a lot better I do request some sort of reimbursement it's the first complaint I ever made about a hotel

Worst stay I have ever had It felt like this was a low-end motel Filthy blankets, sheets and towels had stains and marks and the bedroom was full of hair Whether if it was human or pet hair, it was alot of it Didn’t bother to ask for another room because most likely all rooms are alike Towels were small not ideal for an adult to use after a shower. The noise from outside was coming in like there was a sheet of paper in between not a proper wall When trying to check out, there was a sign that says be back in 5 minutes Two ladies were apparently having a breakfast, i understand people need break but there should’ve been at least one person at the front especially when it was around check out times 1 star is too high for this place

The room is a little small for two queen beds, but it's clean, equipped with a TV, microwave, and complete toiletries. Staff are accommodating to our request. The air conditioning/heater is working well. I wish they would consider free parking for their guests. We paid $20 per night, plus tax, for parking. While other hotels are free of charge for parking. The breakfast buffet is the best. They have a variety of food to choose. Overall, we surely will be back and I will recommend this hotel to my friends .

We were there for two nights over Christmas. The key cards stopped working on the first night, the walls were paper thin, staff didn’t care about noise complaints, there wasn’t enough dining tables for breakfast and the beds were horrible. Get a 2 inch mattress topper and it will be better for everyone

Plumbing issues had caused stains in the toilet bowl that were not too pleasant to look at. The HVAC was noisey all the time. The parts of the stay that were good started with the front desk staff, included the room, breakfast buffet, and the pricing.

Yes it was fresh. The main hall was full so i was asked to use the second hall. I didn't like that the staff with a whole rack of laundry stood right in front of me chit chatting with another colleague at a very loud voice. I felt disappointed and disrespected and i left i went to have breakfast in my room. If you choose to use that hall you should instruct your staff to be mindful and respectful of guests who are looking to have their breakfast in peace

Clean. Helpful staff. Plentiful breakfast. If you are traveling from the states, be sure to read the fine print. I was confused about the $20 parking fee, but went back and read that it was clearly stated. At another hotel I stayed at in Sudbury, I saw that there was not a fee for parking, but there is for breakfast. A bit of a culture shock.
