Clean. Helpful staff. Plentiful breakfast. If you are traveling from the states, be sure to read the fine print. I was confused about the $20 parking fee, but went back and read that it was clearly stated. At another hotel I stayed at in Sudbury, I saw that there was not a fee for parking, but there is for breakfast. A bit of a culture shock.

We had 3 rooms. All were spacious, very clean and comfortable. Handicap parking by the front door was greatly appreciated. Breakfast was ok with lots of choices. Lobby and breakfast staff were very friendly and helpful. This was a nice, reasonable place to stay close to the falls.

The hotel was clean and well situated. However, our auto was broken into and almost all our belongings were stolen from the hotel parking lot. When I reported the theft, i was informed that there were no security cameras on the side lot. This is a huge deficiency on the part of the hotel. The police said if cameras were operational or in place, it could help find the thieves. Now we're left with much expense and inconvenience trying to replace all the stolen items.

The hotel is very good for the price and the rooms are big and clean. The elevators could use a nice cleaning .The staineless is very smurged and gives a bad dirty impression. It doesn't affect the cleanliness of the rooms , but it gives a bad image. Very well located if you want to leave Torono without the downtown traffic.

Breakfast was just horrible. Not as pictured. Cold, tasteless and overly crowded. Staff needed to use the elevators so they cut you in line just poor location of breakfast facility which creates a bottleneck from 7-11am roughly. Beds were so hard. Had to spend $80 on a pillow topper for my son to have a few good nights sleep. Other hotel guests had their kids jumping in pool and throwing a football. There’s a camera and no one ever came to stop it.

They have bed bugs, dont stay there. Worst stay ever, 1st night, people in the connecting room curse all night, I got no sleep, they did accommodate by not booking anyone in the connecting room for the 2nd night. By the time I left the hotel I was so itching. Turn out it was bed bugs bits. So mad, im so itching and still in pain. I would not recommend staying at Comfort Hotel. I was there Oct. 15-17, 2025.

It's good because of pet friendliness. Neighborhood is busy, not necessary super family-friendly but ok. It's situated on a busy street and there are dining options at walking distance. Breakfast buffet is good. Entrance and lobby are just big enough to check in and go to your room, not a place to hang out. There's a pool. Parking is at the back and extra charge (about $20-22). Nothing fancy but it's ok if you won't be at the hotel or in your room for long.

Good hotel. It’s clean, wich is a crucial point for me when choosing a hotel. Staff is friendly. The parking is 20$ per night, wich is a reasonable price. The first thing i noticed when entering the room, was the good clean and good smell. I will definitely stay here again the next time i come to NF. I come often. I recommend it.
