Was scammed from out of my deposit

They charge me a $200 deposit and then didn't refund it because they said please a KFC bag beside the garbage and not in the garbage but the garbage was in the KFC bag

For a single night in a small double bed room I was charged nearly $400

Loved that I had a place to lay my head after a long day at the beach. Shower was great. Overall the room was just fine for sleeping, getting clean. Beautiful smiling friendly front desk person was EVERYTHNG.

Bed was squeaky. The entrance carpet was yucky. I had no clue there was wifi. TV set up lil different. Trivial stuff I guess ...

Good location for budget accomodation

The location is away from the busy tourist area with a walled parking area in front of the motel rooms for increased safety. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Beds were comfortable and the room was clean. Shower is a bit small and tap was really close to the sink. Rooms were nonsmoking. Room was adequately spacious and had a desk, chairs, and table.

Sink tap was tight to get to. Room needed one piece of maintenance and shower is very small.

It was a perfect place to rest my head after spending my days exploring the scenery.

I liked how authentic my experience was. I walked from the station past the Falls and up the hill to the motel. It was long but only the first time around. I loved pulling up to the motel and grabbing the key from the married couple who own the joint. It smelled like smoke a bit, which would really bother some people. But it kind of fit the ambience, right down to the tables outside with patio chairs. I also saw a green grasshopper for the first time in years. I literally had to ask one of the owners if he put it there on purpose to remind me of my childhood. It was visceral. I think it would be cool if you provided Indigenous information about the land in your motel room. It would be a welcome addition and an interesting read.

Shower was good. Fridge was working and air condition was good

No Tv you should have the prime video or the Netflix membership, No cable TV no news channel. Heaters did not have cover, walls in some rooms need painting. WiFi some times were not available and price on line was too much that it was kind of scam.

I clearly asked for non smoking room. The room I got was stinky with cigarettes' and it was a some stinky candle lit up to probably cover the stench. I had to keep the door opened for whole night

Thieving Staff/ Owners

The uncooperative and cold staff who charged my credit card fully despite me having reached out to them and letting them know I had accidentally booked while trying to add a new credit card to my account. Instantly removed my credit card when the booking went through but after 5 minutes I got a reservation notification from the inn. Reached out to them right away to explain the error but they refused to put refund my money. Looking at the pictures I doubt they ever get any customers that's why they are so desperate to hold onto people's money like they did to me. Stay away from this property.

Bad experince.

After I checked out, I was disappointed to find that my full deposit amount of $200 was withheld by the hotel. This was due to a cleanliness issue with the blanket and cover sheet, as it appeared to have stains from a spilled drink. I proposed a solution to rectify the situation by offering to take the dirty items to the nearest laundromat and return them to the hotel in clean condition. However, the hotel staff refused my proposal and insisted on deducting the deposit amount, which I believe was unjust and unfair.
