Booking through Agoda led to a miscommunication with the hotel regarding our reservation. Our booking originally included breakfast for kids, but upon arrival, we were told it was not included. We ended up spending much of our breakfast time throughout the stay trying to resolve this issue. Although a hotel manager eventually confirmed that the kids’ breakfast should have been included, the overall experience was frustrating and negatively affected our stay. That said, the location is convenient and the view is very good.

Stayed at Niagara Falls Marriott on the Falls and overall, it was a memorable experience—especially because of the incredible views. The highlight of the stay is definitely the location. The hotel sits right along Fallsview Boulevard, and if you book a falls-view room, you’ll wake up to a stunning, almost surreal view of Niagara Falls. It’s also within walking distance to major attractions, which made getting around very convenient. Overall, Niagara Falls Marriott on the Falls is a great choice if your priority is the view and location. It may not be the most modern hotel, but the scenery alone makes the stay worth it—perfect for a short getaway or special occasion.

Room sizes were small. Providing dental kits, Razor, hair cares are basics for a Five star hotel which wasn't available. The window type aircon was constantly making strange sound which wasn't helpful for a good sleep. The room didn't have a bathtub. Even the bathroom was very small.
