Basic room but good enough for a night

1. Very competitive price at a great location, close to train station with lots of restaurants around. 2. Cleanness 👍 3. Quick support on WhatsApp.

1. Soundproofing is really bad, I could hear people checking in and talking at 2am. 2. The facilities are very basic. Could put some tissue, a shower curtain etc. 3. Self check in wasn’t smooth as I couldn’t find the main gate to the building (tip: it’s at the side of the bank), and even after I found it, the gate didn’t open as expected. Fortunately other guests happened to come back so I could go in with them.

We arrived at night at checked out in the morning. I liked the touchless checking and option for luggage storage. Very basic but I haven't expected anything else

We checked in at 2am and though the property is in an multi use building the host gave us wonderful instructions on how to get there and how to let ourselves in. A 5 min walk to the bus and trains the next day so it suited us well.

No AC but we were able to cool down the room by opening windows on the opposite sides of the room and bathroom.

Wouldn’t hurry back in summer.

Location, easy to get to during with a late arrival.

Shared balcony so we couldn’t open the blinds during the night to ensure our children were safe. There was a fan stand in the single room but it was so hot, no where to get air.. very sleepless night.

Overall, not ideal for a summer stay with a baby or family

I stayed here with my family, including our 1-year-old baby. The location is convenient — very close to Bergamo Airport, and the bathroom was clean, which we appreciated.

However, the overall experience was not very comfortable, especially during summer. There was no air conditioning or proper ventilation in the room, and it became extremely hot and suffocating at night. Our baby was crying all night because of the heat, and none of us could sleep properly. Although there was a window, it opened directly onto a shared balcony, which did not feel safe — especially with a small child. There was also no lock on the bathroom door, and the neighbourhood didn’t feel very safe during our stay while i walked outside at night to grab some food. Lastly, there was no kitchen, which I overlooked while booking but missed during the stay.

The location only!

It was really disappointed that the check-in information were not accurate ( it’s self check-in venue ). The room 2 which supposed to be our, it as already occupied from 2 men probably from Ukraine! Then the second thing which it was not clear from the beginning concerns common WC/Bathroom!! The third thing was the absence of air condition! Of course there is always the ability to sleep with your balcony doors open!! BUT the balcony is common so any one can enter the room of you decide to do so. Finally these two men from number 2 room were drunk , drinking , talking loudly and listening music from 4:00 at night until 6:30 at the morning when they left the venue! I went out and asked them to stop doing that and keep quiet, without any success as they were already drunk! So I paid the amount to have Kate night check in and get rest few hours, but finally me and my wife staid awake until the morning! It’s hyperbolic to say that the walls are very thin, the doors old and even snoring was listening!!

Clean apartment and room. coffee machine in main area

The bathroom: while it was very clean, the door didn’t lock and there were no shower curtains neither!! As the flat was shared with 3 (I think) other rooms, I wasn’t comfortable taking a shower so far away from the door The location: arriving at night (21+-) as a woman traveling alone, I really did not like the neighbourhood and didn’t feel safe. I would not have chosen it if I knew this. I’d chose something closer on the main road (well-lit) or closer to the high city

On the arrival day, I got a message that the apartment is not in the location where I booked. It is located like 40 minutes walk from the center and the room was totally different than what they uploaded here. After I communicated my thoughts I got no answer :)

A perfect stay—clean, stylish, and close to everything you need.

I loved how fresh and fashionable everything felt, even though it was an older building. The room was spotless, cozy, and had such a stylish charm. I can still remember the smell of that amazing espresso in the morning.

Honestly, there wasn’t anything I didn’t like. Everything was convenient and well thought out.

Si sente praticamente tutto, rumori fino alle 02:00 di notte. Il bagno impraticabile, dopo la prima doccia fatta da qualcuno era tutto allagato. Per quel prezzo avrei voluto qualcosa di più. Niente reception e sono raggiungibili solo tramite messaggi whatsapp.

Bonne idée de B&B, certains détails pourraient être améliorés.

Dans l'ensemble, un bâtiment élégant et très bien entretenu.

Parfois, il vaut mieux vérifier attentivement le profil des différents occupants ; je n'ai pas pu dormir une heure d'affilée, on entendait dans le salon le bruit des talons hauts des femmes, jusqu'à l'aube, sans parler des gémissements, on aurait dit qu'ils tournaient un film porno. Toute personne venant de l'étranger et n'ayant pas accès à Internet rencontre de sérieuses difficultés pour accéder à l'étage où se trouvent les clés, car il faut utiliser l'application.

C’era un odore di fumo di sigaretta davvero troppo forte nel corridoio prima della porta che dava accesso alla mia camera.

Posizione abbastanza vicina alla stazione. Wi-fi con connessione molto veloce. Stanza pulita.

Il bagno è in comune tra varie stanze. Fare una doccia è difficoltoso, perché c'è solo una vasca da bagno senza tendina e non è possibile lavarsi senza bagnare il pavimento. Ho soggiornato una sola notte invece di due. Ho pagato entrambe le notti come da prenotazione, ma non ho ricevuto alcuna compensazione. Non era obbligatoria, ma sarebbe stata gradita.

Check in online facile, ottime indicazioni. Posizione perfetta, camera spaziosa, letto comodo, ampia suite dove eventualmente consumare un pasto, balconi grandi, bella vista. Prezzo molto favorevole.

Unica pecca, grave: bagno in comune senza alcun tipo di sapone e non si poteva chiudere a chiave la porta! La zona, essendo vicino alla stazione, non è molto ben frequentata. Una ragazza da sola la sera potrebbe trovarsi a disagio.

Впервые столкнулась с таким технологичным заселением с открытием дверей удаленно через ссылку в сообщении. Вопрос как открыть ссылку если приезжать без доступа к мобильному интернету. Но вполне возможно что в таком случае предлагаются альтернативные способы. Все чисто и относительно комфортно, как для того чтобы перекантоваться пару часов и сходить в душ перед самолетом. Выбирала по локации и возможности круглосуточного заселения.

Не поняла смысл в ванной и держателях под душ. Так как не было шторы и чтобы не устроить потоп мне пришлось голову мыть отдельно. Что не очень комфортно. Вопрос в том, почему не сделать просто стандартную душевую кабинку. В номере было очень душно. Я открыла окно но это тоже особо не спасало. Для того чтобы уснуть пришлось накрыться влажным полотенцем.
