great place to stay

Very clean and comfortable hotel. The furniture and overall ambiance are beautiful, creating a relaxing atmosphere. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped, offering great comfort. Excellent facilities and plenty of convenient parking available. Highly recommended!

However, €22 for breakfast feels a bit too expensive, and the EV charging rate of €0.97 per kWh is the highest I’ve seen. While I understand it’s a convenient service, a more reasonable rate would make the stay even better.

Nice, comfy, and new.

Near by the airport which was a plus as I was staying for only one night. The room was clean and bed was comfy. Service was nice overall. i didn't try the buffet, however they had a caffe/bar place you can sit and chill there which was nice.

I would say I had to rent a car to move around as it was near the airport, it was a bit far from the city. Not an issue honestly. Nothing to complain about maybe just the wifi it took me a while to know how to connect to it haha.

Nice & quiet place to stay for a few nights.

The desk in the room could be a bit bigger, it's pretty hard to put the laptop on and still fit your hands in a reasonable position.

Not a lot of variety for the buffet breakfast.

Staff were generally friendly. The guys at the restaurant were exceptionally lovely and polite with us. There were one or two who were not as friendly to us. We were a group of black people so felt uncomfortable when were so those select few staff being nice to other race but us regardless of how hard we tried. But generally most are lovely.

The hotel is new. And this this the only +

The check-in was dramatic. Very long, boring, stupid... The receptionist forced us to listen to her - she was repeating the boring stories how to find the parking, both of us had to sign some stupid forms... I asked that I need to speak to the manager - but she refused. I travel a lot and I have never had this kind of unpleasant check-in.

Check-in, breakfast, opening/closing the shades. Stupid. The bed is too small.

after 9 pm there is no chance to even get a bottle of water ,restaurant is closed and there is no single wending machine in entire hotel. shops and restaurants are little far for comfortable walk,especially if you arrive late evening.

New hotel, Clean and Big, with amazing water fall at the entrance. I like the spa area. good restaurant. very friendly staff, good location ( only 7-8min from the centre.

Great place to rest after all-day traveling

Mostly everything was good, check-in process was smooth, the staff was very polite and helpful, the room is clean and comfortable, the view is great despite the fact it's the hospital campus. The bed was higher than all expectations. Disposable accessories are more than enough, special thanks for the vanity set with nail file and cotton pads. Decent amount of high quality towels, no bathrobes though. Keep in mind the location. It's comfortable for train traveling, since the station is 3 minutes from your room, but it's absolutely no match for Bergamo visiting.

On the first night, somewhere around 6 am. TV suddenly turned on, showing my name and disrupting our sleep. Tea set is way below expectations, 2 paper cups, small set of tea and coffee (only 2 sachets of coffee for one day) and 2 wooden sticks to dissolve sugar. Porcelain cups, tea spoons and decent selection of drinks are expected from 4 stars hotel. Toilet paper reminded me the COVID times, when it was hard to find and buy it. The cheapest and the thinnest one, quite embarrassing
