INCREDIBILE

Firstly, the guy who gave me the keys of the apartment, was very nice person and even though I did a VERY late check-in, it was not a problem with him and he was happy to wait till my arrival. Secondly, the apartment was in fantastic location and I loved the Italian interior of apartment. It was very clean and cosy. Also very specious with awesome kitchen, livingroom and perfect shower. Hot water in one second - loved it. Also small balcony, where can sit and relax(smoking area). I give 10 from 10 to this accomodation and experience wirh this company. Hope to come back to Bergamo soon and definitely will again rent out apartment from rhis company.

That I had to go back to The Netherlands that soon. Would love,to stay for longer in this apartment.

Communication with the host was great, check-in instructions very clear. Location is perfect. The bed was comfy. There was enough space for everything for the short stay.

Very responsive and helpful replies. Close location to the city center. Room is clean and bright.

The room is within shared workspace, so there were a lot of noise from other rooms. A lot of mold in the shower.

Great location in the Lower City, close to stores, bars, restaurants and the train station. Awesome service - Manuel was super nice and helpful throughout our entire stay. The room was excellent - spacious enough, with a private bathroom. Big kitchen and living room to chill and hang out. Perfect internet access.

Small nitpicks - the bathroom shower needs a little bit work and the walls are a bit thin so you can always hear if there are other people in the apartment. But they're really details. Wasn't super happy about the €20 charge for late check-in but I understand why it's there.

A really good place to stay

An adequate single room in a really nice and well-equipped apartment. Great kitchen and plenty of space. While I was here, the other guests respected the quiet hours (10-7) and everything worked really well. The host was very friendly and helpful. Endless coffee! I would recommend this as a cheaper and nicer option than a hotel (if you don't mind sharing a bathroom; it really wasn't a problem).

It's a bit noisy, just because it is in the city. Bring earplugs! The bed and bedding was a bit straightforward, but worked fine for me. No complaints!

Not bad for short stay but the place needs renovation.

Staff were very nice and helpful. Location is near the centre of the city. They is bus stop close to the area. Not bad for short stay.

Cleanliness is a big issue. Old furniture it needs to be exchanged. Old Kitchen. Alot of noises from the street nearby. Hair dryer and coffee machine does not work. I can not connect to wifi from my laptop and no one tried to help me to solve that issue especially I need it as I was in Bergamo for work. Air conditioning stops working at night!

Superb

As it's a room in a modern flat you also get a shared well appointed kitchen, dining room, laundry (washer and sink...clothes horse provided) and comfy lounge. The room itself (with the private bathroom) was very large and the bed extremely comfortable. Owners were exceptionally helpful :)

Only one working remote for the air-conditioner (even tho each room is individually controlled) so if someone leaves it in their (locked) room you're stuck and the bathroom had sheer curtains. Not what you want when there's a common balcony outside the window. Am sure this could easily be fixed tho and it wouldn't stop me staying again.

It is in perfect location.Only 5 minutes walk from city centre and 20 minutes walk from train station.Even the funicolare is in walking distance. Manuel was very friendly and helpful. If we are coming to Bergamo next time,definately we will choose that accomodation again.

Excellent location!

The location of the property was excellent (walking 5 minutes and we were in the center of the city), and the Staff was extremely helpful/supportive (regardless of our question). The common kitchen was well equipped. The neighborhood of the property is also good.

Below expectations

Good location, spacious, had basic amenities: towel, hair dryer, tea

Pushy host trying to sell extra services. We have been allocated in a different apartment than the one we booked. We booked an apartment with two separate beds and have been given one double bed. Poor heating, turning off in the night, it took a whole day of heating to make it acceptably warm. it also took very long for the water to warm up. We have been asked to wash the dishes but there was no dishwashing liquid. The apartament looks worn out overall, it’s a storage space for tiles and other random items.

Bon emplacement, chambre et salle de bains propres, check in fait au bureau avant avec toutes les explications, lave linge à disposition, cuisine partagée, climatisation dans la chambre.

Literie peu confortable, pas de volets et des rideaux qui laissent passer la lumière du jour, place de parking payante (proposée lors du check in pour 5€/j) alors qu'elle est dans la résidence, appartement partagé avec 2 autres chambres (non précisé dans l'annonce).

Gut gelegen, netter Gastgeber, aber an lauter straße und in die Jahre gekommen

Manuel war super zuvorkommend, hat immer sofort geantwortet und hatte gute Tipps für uns für Restaurants etc. Das Parken an den Unterkunft hat sehr unkompliziert geklappt. Man ist zu Fuß in 5 Minuten in einer schönen belebten Ecke der Stadt. Unser Zimmer und die Gemeinschaftsräume waren geräumig und sauber.

Die Wohnung liegt an einer stark befahrenen, sehr lauten Straße. Die Unterkunft hat alles, was man braucht, besonders das Badezimmer ist aber etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Die Klobrille sitzt nicht, die Duschkabine ist schimmlig und die Armaturen sind jedesmal eine kleine Herausforderung.

Bardzo polecam to miejsce.

Gospodarz bardzo miły, wszystko osobiście wyjaśnił. Służył pomocą przez cały pobyt. Apartament w spokojniej i cichej okolicy ale blisko centrum. Pod budynkiem przystanek autobusowy. Wyposażenie bardzo na plus: ręczniki, kosmetyki, suszarka do włosów, w części wspólnej pralka, plus cała dobrze wyposażona kuchnia.
