The hotel is in a central location, which is great. Breakfast is good and the staff are friendly and professional.

The hotel is oddly placed, tucked between a roundabout and what appears to be a multi-level parking garage, as if it had slipped into the space by accident.

Good hotel for short stay in Bergamo

Comfortable beds, great location in lower town close to station and funicular to upper town. Really good breakfast.

We arrived late and there wasn’t any complimentary water in the room, had to pay 7€ for two bottles of water from the mini bar. A bit dusty in the room.

Highly recommend

Beautiful hotel with a great location. Close to the train station and near the city center. Modern. The room was a bit small, you can't really do much yoga here, but perfect for one night. Beautiful view of the illuminated church in the center. Slept very well here.

Excellent Stay

Good sized rooms, with all the facilities you would expect from the NH chain. The hotel was in a good location in the heart of the city, enjoyed using the gym. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Not great, nothing like advertisement, will not be returning

I liked the location of the property it was close to restaurant bars and shopping malls

The room was dirty and smelly. There was several stains throughout towels, the chair by the dressing table. The shower would either be red hot or freezing cold. We was only provided with one large bath towel for 2 people for 2 days. The windows needed cleaning, doesn’t look great from inside. There was a dusty unclean smell on bedding and pillows and the carpet was dirty my white socks turned black from walking around on there, they could do with a thorough clean. The hotel staff are a bit useless, the one man charged me twice for 2 drinks. He charged the card on our room as well as me paying manually for them. I tried to explain what had happened but it was very difficult for them to understand it’s only that management had got involved that it was resolved

Very good position, underground parking next to the hotel

Very good position to explore the city. Nice and spacy rooms, Excellent and VERY convenient underground parking just next to the hotel (that was also not expensive 15euro/day).

It is overpriced but i guess not so much for the prices that you can find for a decent hotel in Bergamo.

A great stay in Bergamo

The room was great. The shower was huge and fully equipped. The beds were comfortable. We got a room with a big balcony with an amazing view to the old city. The hotel's location is very comfortable, near the train station and not far from the airport.

The breakfast was fine but I felt it was a bit lacking.

A decent, albeit short, stay in a central location in Bergamo.

Staffed reception, easy check-in process, comfortable room, quiet hotel despite busy location. Parking was in a public carpark directly underneath the hotel, which I wasn't told about, so ended up driving round the block several times. You park & then pay on exit. I arrived approx. 7pm & left at 9am the following morning & the cost was EURO15.00. Great location near down-town Bergamo Fab pizzeria about 5 mins walk from hotel (1 block away) Powerful shower Great breakfast. Close to airport (15 mins drive)

Restaurant was closed upon arrival, which was not publicised. Part of the reason I'd picked the hotel was because it had a restaurant & meant I could have dinner in the hotel. Slightly frustrating it was closed.

A enjoyable overnight stay

Good size and comfortable bedroom with the latest facilities. Buffet breakfast had a great choice and was very tasty. All staff very friendly and helpful. A quality hotel.

Superior 4* hotel in Bergamo center

Excellent hotel - in the center, 6 min walking from railway station. Well designed rooms, superior bathroom, working air-condition. Staff is very nice and friendly and provides real 4* professional service. Breakfast outstanding, incl. unexpected happy birthday surprise for my wife. We appreciate also very late check-in (1:00 a.m.) and provided luggage storage (till 6 .p.m.) due to our late departure. We love this hotel and we will also give a chance other NH hotels within our next trips.

Important information about the facilities was left out of booking.com and company website

There was no air conditioning between 1 am and 5 pm in the afternoon - this was a very poor experience. It’s currently quite hot in Italy, and the air conditioning is left off for 16 of the 24 hours. More importantly, this was not mentioned on the website (or on booking.com) which impacts my experience, as it was difficult to sleep at night and has started causing migraines for me. The Wi-Fi was also not poor, given I was there on business this caused inconvenience as well. I was often disconnected during important business meetings. Overall I’m disappointed in the experience and would expect a refund.

The location is good.

It is a very expensive hotel for the service they offer. Breakfast doesn't meet the expectations at all. Heating in the room makes a lot of noise, small and not so clean rooms for an overestimated cost.

A very good starting point to visit Bergamo

The position of the hotel is very good, close to the tourist attractions, the room was good and the cleanliness is excellent, the staff was very friendly and gave us useful information about what else we can visit nearby Bergamo and how, such as Lake Como and Iseo...

The breakfast disappointed us a little, we expected more, especially after reading so many reviews that it was exceptional... I can only say that it is an normal, decent breakfast, exactly the same every day, without many options , with a coffee that I would have expected to be better, taking into account that we are in Italy

Last time, I stayed in NH hotel Frankfurt city and faced similar problems. Seems NH is not good

The room was very small, I paid for a luxury room, but I was given a standard room which was very congested. So, will never stay again.

The rooms were very small. Heating was improper. It was told that they would maintain 21C but not even that temperature was maintained. So pathetic and frustrating.
