Booked a standard twin room, non smoking, breakfast included, for 1 night - 28/29 January 2026. Didn't need/use the fitness room, room service, bar, laundry service, iron, didn't have time for TV. *Reception: friendly, efficient, helpful, professional staff (sorry, I didn't look for their names)-the gentleman who checked us in, the young lady who gave us the recommendations that we asked (restaurants, places to visit, buses and tickets etc.- we used all of them and they were the best options), the ladies from the check-out and many hours later, after check-out, when I needed to charge my phone. *Room and bathroom: just as advertised -see pictures 27, 28, 29, 30, 31- modern, large, spacious, very clean, well maintained, comfortable beds & pillows, large bed, blackout curtains, soundproofed, different layers of lightning, adjustable room temperature, kettle +some tea/coffee, minibar, good wi-fi, good size balcony, large walk-in shower, good cotton towels, hair-dryer, safe deposit box. The bathroom radiator was not working but it was solved quickly when we informed the reception. We had the chance to choose the room, but we relied on the staff recommendation, and it was the best; the room was very quiet, with windows not facing the streets, but on the iner building side, with a nice view to the up-town in distance-see picture attached. *Breakfast: continental buffet, basic, enough choices, even for a vegetarian, constantly replenished. *Location: very convenient for tourists. Very close to the train station or the main shopping area (5 minutes walking distance), situated between two bus stations, close to the airport (about 20 minutes with the city bus nr. 1), 15 minutes walking distance to the funicular=3 bus stations; many restaurants and coffee shops around.

Minor drawbacks: Room: hotel slippers not available, paper cups instead of glasses, no complimentary water bottle, no balcony furniture. There is only one computer available in the lobby. Breakfast-the omelet was not to my taste; chipped mug; breakfast room a little bit cramped.

An excellent stay - would definitely recommend - just a few very small tweaks!!

The hotel is in a wonderful location in Bergamo, close to the train station and close to all the amenities Bergamo has to offer. It is about a 10 minute walk to the funicular to bring you up to the old town of Bergamo and about a 5 minute walk to the shopping area of the new town. There is a bus stop just up from the hotel to bring you to and from the airport and a bus stop just around the corner to bring you to the shopping centre. The hotel breakfast was fantastic - plenty of choice and constantly replenished. The room was great - a great size with a lovely bathroom.

Coming from Ireland, and liking to relax in the evenings, I couldn't find an English speaking channel on the TV!! I was able to log into my Netflix account which compensated. The bar in the hotel had very limited opening hours and we always seemed to miss it. By the time we returned from our evening walk the bar was closed!

Good location, however...

Breakfast had a good choice, shower very good, bed comfortable. Location good for center and train station.

A/c not good, room stuck at 23.5 degrees when thermostat set at 18.. bathroom door wouldn't shut, breakfast good but always not enough coffee cups. Safe was locked when we arrived, reported but nothing actioned.

Excellent Stay with Great Comfort and Location

Breakfast offers plenty of options, the rooms are spotlessly clean—as is the rest of the hotel—and the beds are incredibly comfortable. The location is fantastic, right in the center and close to nearly everything. The hotel staff are friendly and always willing to help.

The only area for improvement would be the availability of clean tables during breakfast. I understand that during peak hours it can be challenging to reset tables quickly, but this aspect could definitely be enhanced to improve the overall experience.

Was given a room at the back of the hotel with a lovely view of the old city in the distance Municipal Park close by with nightly entertainment

It was enjoyable. The only thing I did not enjoy was the heat in the room.

the staff were nice and helpful. They were smiling and ready to help.

My room was too hot, and the ac did not help at all. The temperature in the room was not comfortable at all and I could not adjust the temperature because it was centrally controlled.

An absolutly comfort stay in Bergamo

Excellent location. Spacious clean modern minimal decorated room and bathroom. Comfort bed and pillows. Breakfast bouffe with many choices and sweet delicacies. Last but not least all the people that works in the hotel are gentle and professional. Special "thanks" to Valeria in the reception, she was so helpful!t

Very comfortable modern room at very convenient location.

Very comfortable room with a view of the upper town. Loved the bathtub and linens. Great location- 1 block to the train/bus station, on a treed major street close to the shopping. That street had many restaurants and coffee shops. Easy walk to shopping and the funicular.

Buffet breakfast had many options but cit was always oversubscribed so it was difficult to keep things stocked.

Location was good

There was no air conditioning - this had been switched off because it was October. It was sweltering in the room at 26 degrees given the heatwave that was happening. It quite clearly states on the website that the room is air conditioned.
