Easy, relaxing visit to Bergamo

Bergamo location perfect base to explore

Location was perfect, well maintained and rooms perfect size for all of our needs. Staff were amazing, very helpful with positive interactions each time. Would100% recommend as a perfect base to see the sights of Bergamo.

Easy and clean

Location, easy access and clean. Staff was helpful with storing luggage for early arrival.

There was a construction work for a while, it was a bit difficult to rest at first. There was a security breach (received whatsapp scam messages acting like BW) at the time. Yet, staff was demanding a card transaction as guarantee, at the end they accepted cash payment with extra deposit. That’s not an unusual thing these days though it was unexpected from my end.

An Elegant Hotel in Bergamo

The room was beautiful, elegant and very large. They give us a free room upgrade. The lounge bar as the reception was charm. Finally the breakfast was delicious.

Perfect Room and perfect location. Do not hesitate to book here.

The room was by far one of the nicest rooms I have ever been in. I was so surprised at the impeccable design and comfort of the room. The layout was outstanding, design was superb. It is beyond what I would ever expect.

I thought the dining area was not as well designed as the rooms. I also thought the music selection in dining area was absolutely awful and very badly curated. There also was a big screen TV in the bar area (which was lovely) and this was very distracting. It was strange that the music was loud and the TV was loud and both bad programming. It was just noise in the end. NOt relaxing at all. The opposite, it was stressful. On a more serious note, the bathroom taps were put in wrong so the cold setting was the hot and the hot setting was the cold. There is a universal setting that Left is Hot and Right is Cold. In the room I was staying in none of the taps were installed correctly. The breatkfast was great but the selection of hot items was not great. It would be good to have hash browns or a hot vegan option. These are all little things and do not want them to take away from the best hotel room ever!

On arrival we were met by friendly staff at reception and all the staff we interacted with during our stay were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast selection was excellent. All our needs were met and the location was excellent.

We got upgraded to a more spacious room The sheets were very clean and bright white The window had great soundproof (we were in the center, big intersection and traffic and heard nothing with the window closed) Air conditioning Bathrobes and towels very clean Breakfast was very good and diverse

The room was a bit dated and had an “old” smell The bathroom features of the jacuzzi were dated and bit dirty The shower gel and shampoo were kinda cheap

Very central location, close to bars, restaurants and shops. Was upgraded to a superior room which had a lovely balcony with sun loungers.

Location. Friendly reception staff.

Noisy guests next door until 2am. When we tried to pre book a taxi Reception told us to ask about taxi to airport 5 mins before we wanted one but when we did it took almost an hour and cost more. We were very stressed.

I recommend this hotel and definitely will stay there during our next visit in Bergamo.

The hotel location is very convenient, in the city center, close to tourist attractions. The bus which goes to the airport stops next to the hotel. The breakfast is very good and with a variety of choices. The towels were replaced every day. The staff is friendly as well.

We had a superior room which was a bit tiny but enough for us. The space to organise our clothes was limited. I don’t know how the regular rooms look like.

A weeks break in the stunning gem of a city which is Bergamo. We left wanting more and plan to return in the near future

It was big enough to have all the services but small enough to avoid problems such as long queues for breakfast etc. The location is also perfect and allows access to Citta Alta in less than 15 minutes by public transport.

Fabulous

Very central location, bus from airport stops directly outside hotel and only takes 15 min! It was super clean and fresh, we loved our room! We got an upgrade from a superior room to a deluxe room which was gorgeous. Breakfast was delicious. The staff gave us loads of recommendations for places to eat and drink and they were all brilliant.

Class location, lovely hotel agus staff

Location incredible. On the Main thoroughfare of the New Town, with a view to the Upper Old town. Sun splashed and beautiful Staff lovely and breakfast 1st class Sorted us out with breakfast bags as we were leaving prior to breakfast for an early flight, classy touch

Rooms werent huge. Worst bit was the sink wasnt in the toilet/shower room-hate that after going to the toilet etc Was clean etc but that was the only downside

Great central location - 5 walking distance from restaurants and shopping at the centre of Bergamo. across the road from the bus station and 8 walking distance to the train station. Very nice room, slightly smaller than my liking but certainly very clean with very comfortable bed. I made a special request which was taken into consideration seriously and met at check in. Very friendly and helpful staff (Thank you Martina and all at the reception). Not luxurious If I am back to Bergamo, it will certainly be there - no doubt.

The foyer area is somehow small and uninviting - the lift is far too small for more than 2 people, although I was grateful it was always working. Not sure if I booked too ate or this is the usual prices, but it was slightly more expensive than expected.
