The property was comfortable, modern and clean and had everything needed for a short stay. Self check in was easy to follow and someone was always on hand to answer any questions over WhatsApp. It was in close proximity to restaurants and bars. It was only a short walk to train station for exploring other areas such as Milan and Lake como.
It would have been really useful to have somewhere to store luggage securely when taking a late flight out of the city.

Perfect location in city centre in beautiful square filled with cafes and restaurants, you can walk to every destination in a city, 11 minutes of walk from train station, 15 minutes of walk from funicular which leads to upper town (old city centre). Perfectly clean, rooms with nice view on street, host very easily reachable by WhatsApp, easy check in process. The building in which rooms are situated is very beautiful. Very comfortable beds and pillows.

No staff around so couldn't be flexible at all coming a little early and leaving luggage there. Also it was a lot of messages to figure out check-in and scanning your ID yourself. Very not personal. I didn't realise when I booked. Also there system got hacked when I was there and I got a lot of spam messages with links to pay urgently, not the best. Also our room had a window that looked out to the hallway - so no privacy with window or curtains open.
