Our room was very clean. A huge comfortable bed.It is in a perfect location. The room was nice and warm most of the time. The decoration was very stylish .
One of the days we were there both windows were left open by housekeeping which met when we arrived home late that evening the room was extremely cold and took a while to figure out the heating. It would be good to have a second chair.

No staff around so couldn't be flexible at all coming a little early and leaving luggage there. Also it was a lot of messages to figure out check-in and scanning your ID yourself. Very not personal. I didn't realise when I booked. Also there system got hacked when I was there and I got a lot of spam messages with links to pay urgently, not the best. Also our room had a window that looked out to the hallway - so no privacy with window or curtains open.
