The studio matched the photos—spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The location is excellent, right in the center of Città Bassa, with an easy 20-minute walk to Città Alta.

Communication with the host was very poor, with slow response times and check-in details arriving later than the check in time. Although the central location is convenient, the busy road and lack of building security were concerning; the front door was unlocked, and the apartment relied only on a basic door lock, which didn’t feel very secure.

Location is great! Everything is super close but you are not where all the tourist noice is. Super clean and in perfect conditions. I'm not a fan of checkouts at 10 am but the allowed us to leave our luggage in a common room so we didn't have to carry them all day. I definitely recommend this place!

Good location and that's it.

It took too long to get check in details. The owner was not responding to our text messages, so it left us in a really uncomfortable situation. Than I tryied to ask some more info, well the text is still unread (one day after our check out) It's fine for short stay, but I can't imagine even one night more. It wasn't comfy. There is nowhere to simply hang a towel, luckily it was one night only. This concept is not really working together... It is one big flat, divided to 3 rooms. But you share even a doormat for shower... Which was already dirty and used when we want to take a shower. If you like clean bathroom, this was not it - there is a mold in the shower when you close the doors. Someone took my shampoo, doors were too loud and hard to open, you can hear everything from the street and there is not even a chair on a shared balcony. The street is quite busy.

I really liked the location and the balcony. The room had everything we need. Easy self check in.

Family Staying in the same apartament, was talking in the common area till late, they had kids which was crying all night long.. so we couldn't sleep.Also light in the living room kept our room bright during the night. Also don't walk in the dark as I have tripped on the step in the common area, and fractured my ankle during my stay. Also didn't like that I wasn't informed in advance that I'll have to pay city tax, I thought it's already included in the price.
