Lovely place with comfy bed

Clean, big and lovely apartment. Jacuzzi was a nice thing after all day of walking in a snowy city. Highly recommend especially for winter travels. In fridge welcome drinks🤍 Tea and coffee machine in the room. Location is just perfect. Nice restaurants around and close to the old town/ train station. Comfy bed. Everything we needed and more for one night.

When we get into the room there was cold inside. I think during the winter time people who works there should put some heat on before guests come. But the air conditioner was working fast and get worm fast.

We had a little trouble finding the exact location....we arrived at the piazza, it may have been helpful if we'd known it was a gated entrance...maybe use what3words?

Beautiful relaxing room in a great location

My room was fabulous, loved the decor. Tea/coffee and cookies in the room. Excellent shower. Super continental breakfast. Great location near restaurants and shops.

Good reasonable accommodation in a convenient location

Excellent position in the town and very comfortable. Staff very helpful when booking a transfer to the airport. Free soft drinks in mini bar.

Due to unforeseen issues the owner was not there to let us in and we had to talk to her over the phone. This meant we had to check with her over the phone about which keys we needed to use. However, she was very helpful and there were no other issues.

lovely room which was in the heart of Bergamo. Very clean and staff were very helpful.

Room was gorgeous and very clean however was noisy due to location. No main ceiling lights as had a gorgeous painting on the ceiling. However lights were on the walls.

We didn't sleep very well as could hear the road sweeper and the cars going past through the night. Its in a main square and noise was a little louder due to bars and restaurants nearby.

The best apartment I have ever booked! The room was absolutely marvellous - huge, with amazing style. The bed was 10/10. The location is super central - unbeatable. The complimentary drinks and breakfast are something I would not forget. I will stay at this place every time I visit Bergamo.

Perfect for exploring ‘Call me by your name’ locations with my son :)

This was a perfect little guest house in the middle of Bergamo that we used to explore the area. The room was delightful - beautiful and clean and we had a gorgeous balcony overlooking the busy square and an amazing jacuzzi! Breakfast was fab with our favourite pastries, fresh fruit and cheese and meats - so good!

Excellent location, very central, very clean and very spacious! Breakfast is good, nothing warm, but some breads, cheese and cuts, yogurt and coffee and juices would easily sustain you until lunch time.

Windows do not have insulation, at all! We didn’t sleep well, unfortunately, due to all the noise from outside until very late at night. Lack of garbage bin in the room.

Perfect location and price for a stay in Bergamo.

Very polite and communitive staff. Very clean room, very spacious. A nice free fridge with water and juices. Breakfast was simple but very nice and an extra touch is a fresh croissant from a local bakery in a flavour of your choice waiting on your table in the morning.

Didn't realise the location was in an area with bars and restaurants directly outside and single glazed windows with shutters so noise drainage isn't great in the evening.

No one enjoys dealing with an uncaring and arrogant host!

Location and cleanliness.

Avoid if you expect the owner to engage with you over an issue. The worst booking I have ever made and we travel a lot. We were aware Room 2 had a sofa bed but after we checked in my husband sat on the bed to change his shoes and when he went to stand up, a sharp protruding piece of metal ripped through his trousers. We alerted Maria who was still on site after letting us in, she felt the very dangerous metal spike looked at the trousers and advised us to put a towel over it. We pointed out that getting in and out of bed was dangerous, as this would rip into the skin of a bare leg, to which she shrugged and said ‘that’s life’! We asked her to contact the manager who I believe is called Helina. Helina couldn’t come across as she apparently had the flu despite saying she would meet us the next morning. She told us to take the trousers to be repaired!? This was on the afternoon of 23rd December and we were checking out at 10.30 the next morning, a Sunday - Christmas Eve - it was our 1st visit to Bergamo. At breakfast on Sunday 24th - Helina didn’t show up despite various messages! She first claimed she had come over to breakfast early obviously hoping we would be lying in but hadn’t realised that I was first into breakfast at 8. It was just more lies. On 24th Dec she then sent a message to me saying “I’m so sorry, what would you like” then silence until we contacted booking.com Problems are rare on my stays but if ever there was an issue I’ve always experienced positive attitudes towards a resolution but not on this occasion. Stay away from here! Edit as host responded: pleased she confirmed she could see Maria on the webcam providing the items that should have been provided in the 1st place. If she also checks the breakfast webcam she’ll see the tiny allocated table with only 2 chairs for 5 people. All chairs & tables reserved for other guests so we could not go as one group. Most of this stuff is usually laughed off by us but the arrogant attitude not so funny.

It’s really amazing, everything on the property is clean, new and organized!!! The location is incredible, with some restaurants and a market really close from there.

Lovely place in a perfect location

The room/suite was amazing, stylish with a perfect match of old and modern.

The staff was all very friendly and were also in tune with me asking about the possibility of a lactosefree breakfast. On the last day/morning another women catered breakfast. Though it was good, certain things (that were present the days before) were lacking. We had to ask for coffee cups(which she didn’t have), orange juice, napkins etc… they were missing though it was only 9 am (and breakfast was possible till 9:30 am). The coffee machine wasn’t working and she didn’t know anything about it, we fixed it ourselves. Overall she was quite unfriendly and inhospitable, as if she found us a nuisance. Before checking out at 11am we waited in the room because of the rain. At 10:50 she walked in and said she needed to clean… all in Italian because she didn’t speak English. A bit of an unfortunate ending to an otherwise impeccable stay.

A cosy apartment in the historical center, spacious, very clean, with all the amenities you need. The breakfast was very good, not just croissant, sweets and coffee, but also with prosciutto, cheese and fresh fruit, juices, milk, coffee, tea.
