It was a lovely apartment in a great location, perfect for where we wanted to be next to the square. Giovanna was great, super helpful and made sure we had clear directions for arrival plus anything else we asked for.
Nothing - everything was really easy and we were happy with it all.

It is in the heart of Citta Alta and peaceful for a good night sleep. The host was kind to provide us an extra bed once we learnt that twin bed was not possible for our room.

Great location, comfy bed, decent bathroom. Nice to open the windows and hear the city. Plenty of options of breakfast lunch and dinner nearby.
I was able to have a late checkout which was a huge help
Host responsive and very friendly
Hadn't expected the self check in, three combinations to go through to get in might impact some people
Stairs only, no lift, just to be aware for some visitors
Walls are quite thin so can hear some noise from next door rooms but noise from street good considering location
