Wonderful stay in the center of Citta Alta Bergamo.

Central Location is perfect. Host is very helpful and communicative. Easy check and check out and they even contacted me straightaway when I had left something behind so I could pick it up.

All good- just on little thing- hoping internet technicians can work their magic soon as travellers often need access in Italy where many cafes do not offer internet

We love Bergamo Alta! The BASILICA is awesome!

Location was terrific. Very clean. Well maintained. Only small complaint was that the WiFi was out. We managed by going to restaurants or bars with WiFi to check our messages. Giovanna gave us excellent input on where to go, what to see and dining options.

Excellent location, but position of room made it quiet. Very clean with nice extra personal touches. Was lovely to be greeted by Giovanna nice personal touch.

I found the very firm mattress uncomfortable - struggled with restless sleep and stiffness the next day. I understand it’s personal choice.

Disappointed.

The location is excellent.

The room is tiny, the bathroom is tiny. Breakfast is a wrapped biscuit/bread and coffee machine, no where to sit. It is not a B&B as I understand it. Giovanna is very helpful with directions but the photos of the property are extremely generous. It’s an apartment divided into 4 rooms. Really disappointed.

Perfect location. Bed was very comfortable everything was very clean. Host was very helpful & accommodating of our requests.

It wasn’t a problem but the bathroom was very snug & the shower leaked out onto the bathroom floor a little.

From the moment we arrived, she made us feel right at home. We truly couldn’t have found a better place to stay during our trip to Bergamo.

Our stay was exceptional! I wish we had a few days more to stay!

I liked the location, the beauty and the clearness of the room. Also there were some facilities such us: machine for espresso, tea, biscuits, mini cakes, plates, dries hair.

The price would have been better.

Hosts welcoming and room fantastic!

The location was perfect to explore Cittá Alta. The room was clean and easy to access. It was also quiet and we had a perfect nights sleep. The host was extremely welcoming and was always available to answer questions via WhatsApp. I couldn’t recommend them more and I will definitely stay there again! :)

Ideal location in a beautiful old town

Absolutely ideal location, couldn't fault a thing the room was spotlessly clean as well as being beautifully furnished. we had a card to claim a free breakfast on the first morning at a local café in the square which was a nice touch. Giovanna was a lovely most helpful host. Highly recommended

A memorable three nights in the fantastic Citta Alta, with a base right in the middle of the action.

A fantastic location, Just 50m from Piazza Vecchia, 100m from the Duomo and just 10m from great eating and drinking options. Our host was very friendly and helpful and even picked us up from the airport.

Coffee but no breakfast but with so many cafe's close by that was not an issue for us.

incredibly nice owners, who take care of everything and support all the time :) we arrived late in the evening and the owner was waiting for us, helped with parking and bags - i was very positively surprised by kindness of Giovanna and her Husband :) room perfectly clean, spacious and quiet. Location is just in the middle of old town but windows overlook also into the patio so it is quiet. perfect place and incredible owners! recommend to all!

Room was in excellent location, in the Bergamo upper town. Located in the most central street in the upper old city. Very clear, host was very welcoming and helpful We were given a map and the possibility to prepare coffee or use the fridge. We had everything we needed in the room

Overall room was at an adequate size, not huge but sufficient. We were asked to check out at 10h30, it was not a problem for us but nevertheless seems a little early.

Giovanna was delightful and so helpful. Her dinner recommendations and suggestions for what to do around the city were fantastic! The location is perfect - right in the middle of Bergamo's Old town, and the room is very comfortable.

Some sound comes through from other rooms and the shower takes a little while to heat up, but these are very minor things compared to the excellent room, location and service!
