Central Location is perfect. Host is very helpful and communicative. Easy check and check out and they even contacted me straightaway when I had left something behind so I could pick it up.
All good- just on little thing- hoping internet technicians can work their magic soon as travellers often need access in Italy where many cafes do not offer internet

Location was terrific. Very clean. Well maintained. Only small complaint was that the WiFi was out. We managed by going to restaurants or bars with WiFi to check our messages. Giovanna gave us excellent input on where to go, what to see and dining options.

Excellent location, but position of room made it quiet. Very clean with nice extra personal touches. Was lovely to be greeted by Giovanna nice personal touch.
I found the very firm mattress uncomfortable - struggled with restless sleep and stiffness the next day. I understand it’s personal choice.

Perfect location. Bed was very comfortable everything was very clean. Host was very helpful & accommodating of our requests.
It wasn’t a problem but the bathroom was very snug & the shower leaked out onto the bathroom floor a little.
