Very nice location and historical, but it could be little cleaner.

Location is amazing. Right in the center of Citta Alta. Room looks very old and it takes you back in time.

There is mold in the bathroom, AC is dirty and dusty inside. Water heater and heater are loud when working.

Comfortable and convenient.

There was no breakfast provided. The location was excellent, it was less than a minute's walk to the Cathedral. There was an iron and ironing board in the room which helped on this occasion. The bathroom was roomy as well.

Perfect

Perfectly situated, lovely and clean and had everything we needed, check in instructions were easy to follow. Had a panic in the morning as unable to get an uber to the airport, one phone call to Luigi(the owner) and a taxi was there within 10 mins, top guy👍

Very lovely in old town.

The location couldn't be any more central and it was authentic. Big enough room for two people which was clean and comfortable. It was fun with the view of the street and the owner was welcoming and helpful.

Unfortunately there was quite a bit of noise from the street but with closed windows it was okay. The toilet was loud when flushing.

Beautiful room in an incredible location right in the heart of Citta Alta. Instructions for accessing the property were clear and Luigi was available and responsive and checked to make sure everything was ok. Fantastic stay, would love to come back.

Great location

Great location. Not over noisy even though it was on a main street, so maybe the glazing was good.

The mattress was very basic and hard. The water from shower cubicle took long time to go down plughole and we were afraid it would overflow. This had clearly happened before because we could see water damage to bottom of door jamb. The aircon didn't work adequately. Alexia who met us at property was lovely.

The toilet was very noisy, but wasn’t a problem. You could here everything from the other Rooms, and also from the street, as it is located on the main street of the town. But again we already knew, agter Reading the reviews, and it wasn’t a problem to sleep

The location is perfect, the place was exactly like on the pictures and the host was really kind and provided us all kind of recommendations. As we were going during winter they even provided us extra heaters

I didn’t like that the air conditioning unit was the only source of heating, which made heating the room noisy. The tiles in tue shower need a really good scrub. the sink needs a plug. very lumpy pillows!

Communication with the property is really bad. Cleaniness not superb. Been asking for an invoice for many weeks, and even though they promise each time they will send it latest next day, haven’t received an invoice at all.

Shower and bed were nice. Location was perfect.

90 euro late fee was a disgrace and won't be back. No tea or coffee at kettle. bins left in cupboards from previous tenants.
