I guess the sheer amount of stairs to get to the room is very difficult with a baby

Excellent location Good breakfast Nice staff
The aircondition worked but did not cool enough - it was only possible to turn the aircondition on and off and not regulate the temperature further. The room was therefore too hot.

The location was excellent—close to main piazza and shops in Città Alta. Breakfast was very good; there were enough offerings and the staff were very helpful—even offered me a second capuccino! The shower was great—big shower head—and there was espresso and water available at all times. The garden was a perfect place to chill and smell the orange blossoms. Daniele was a superior concierge!

the only positive was the room - roomy clean and comfortable with good bathroom
a bit querky! No welcoming recepetion just a self-service computer screen with 3 x security codes for entry/check-in/access to bedroom. Only saw one member of staff and that was at breakfast!
