Extraordinary Historical space- Gorgeous modern comforts

This was a stunning property with beautiful historical significance, right in the heart of the old centre. We arrived late in the day for a 1 night stay, and were in the heart of the cultural centre with a plethora of beautiful restaurants to choose from. We loved the room! Such beautiful furnishings and bathroom.. everything we needed for an exceptional stay. Finding it was slightly tricky at night, and getting access was slightly confusing.. but overall there was nothing we could fault. Just be aware there is steep stairs to bring your bags up, like most traditional old buildings. Highly recommend!!

Check-in was just a bit confusing, and not well signed to locate the entry. We had to ask another Hotel, who directed us what to do .. as they get asked often!

A perfect escaping with my girlfriend.

The location was even better than the picture. An amazing and super modern room, perfectly merged with an ancient building. A lot of comfort.

Just a little issue: when the shower is used, there is a lot of water leaking on the floor.

Central location - well worth it

Great location in the heart of old Bergamo with somewhere to store the suitcase for the day only 50 metres up the road. Room tastefully decorated and the bed was very comfortable. The engagement with the team over whatsapp was perfect

Amazing location just off the main street in the old town a few minutes walk from the funicular. Ancient building with modern rooms and bathrooms (looks newly refurbished), very clean, room faces onto internal courtyard. Received very clear check-in instructions, had no problems. Room also has tea coffee facilites / water etc.

The early check out wothout the chance to leave our luggage was a huge negative point (personaly i‘ve never experienced before and it put us in an annoying situation having to organise another solution). also the rooms upstairs were loud - sething was rolling over our heads the whole time

Good, but will probably stay in a more conventional hotel next time

Well located in the old city. The room is appointed very well. Everything in the room is top notch, and the room is very atmospheric in an old tower.

Getting in was complicated. Lots of stairs to negotiate to get to room. Check out was very early - 10am. Wifi was not good. Sent a message got no response. All communications with staff through WhatsApp. No human contact.

One of the most beautiful accomodation where we ever been. Central location, amazing interior.

Although there is air conditioning, we like to open the window for fresh air, but this creates a mosquito risk. Perhaps you should consider putting a mosquito net on the bathroom window.

Highly recommended!

The location couldn't have been better. Right next to the central parking space and a few steps away from the central piazza. Couldn't have had a better location. The stuff was available 24/7 and helped us the outmost with the booking of the parking lot and the ZTL permit required. Highly recommended !

The way we had to get in. A key for the second door would have been helpful. In case of heavy luggage make sure someone can actually carry it. The stairs per se where ok, nothing extreme but for a 50kg woman, carrying a 23 kgs suitcase it was an ... Interesting task !

一人じゃホテルに入るのに苦労します。

お部屋のセンス。モダンなデザインの家電製品。旧市街の便利な場所にあります。

ホテルに入れず、荷物を持ったままかなりうろうろする羽目になりました。通りに面したところにホテルのキーボタンがあるのですが、ホテルの建物がそこから離れているので、かなりダッシュでドアを開けに走らないと間に合いません、一人だと難しいです、そして、直前予約をすると、タイムリーに入室キーの情報が送られてこないので、余裕をもった予約をお勧めします。

Locatie ligt prachtig midden in het prachtige rustieke centrum van Bergamo en toch rustig. Wat een prachtige schone en goed ingerichte kamer in een mooi oud pand. Een hele fijne ervaring.

Comodidad y ubicación perfecta

La ubicación es perfecta , es todo bastante nuevo , tiene muchos detalles como hervidor de agua , cafetera con algunas muestras , agua de cortesía que te reponen y está decorado con mucho gusto , la cama era cómodisimo y aunque al principio me frenaba un poco el que no hubiera ascensor , la verdad es que no hay muchos escalones . Son muy atentos y la comunicación por whassap es fluida .

Por poner algo diría la hora del check out , que es a las 10:00 y me parece un poco pronto , pero como queríamos aprovechar la mañana tampoco nos importó . - unos 4 minutos andando en la misma calle gambito hay una consigna por si quieres dejar la maleta .

Veldig fint rom og bad. Supert med kaffimaskin og vannkoker. Veldig bra beliggenhet i gamlebyen.

Måtte inn i en bygård med port og trapper.Vanskelig å finne fram. Vi traff aldri noen ansatte. Vi hadde noen spørsmål og sendte mail som ble seint besvart. De tok heller ikke telefonen når vi ringte. Senga var litt hard og puta var ikke god

Séjour très agréable à Bergame. Chambre très confortable et hyper bien placée. Top!

Tout était parfait. La chambre est très bien tenue, le mobilier cossu, l’emplacement hyper central.

Le mini bar est vraiment mini, on aurait aimé pouvoir y mettre une grande bouteille. Il faut ajouter au prix de la chambre les 20€ de parking par nuitée au parking le plus proche, ça commence à faire cher la nuit mais Bergame est cher.

Mooie suite, maar met wel tegenvallers!

Het is een leuke kamer dat er net nieuw uitziet op een hele mooie plek in de stad. De suite is mooi ingericht en oogt luxe. De douche is heerlijk! Je krijgt water en koffie.

Het binnenkomen en de sleutel ophalen een beetje onduidelijk. Er is alleen contact via telefoon met de host. Er is alleen oppervlakkig schoongemaakt waardoor je het stof overal een beetje ziet liggen. Maar de vlokken stof onder het bed die een deken vormen spannen de kroon. Daarnaast hoor je continu hard geluid van de bovenburen, het kussen is zo dik als een a4 papier, het internet doet het vaker niet dan wel en de kamer is niet geluiddicht waardoor de bel van de klokkentoren al vanaf 07:30 te keer hoort gaan. Laatste dag ging om 08:00 een alarm af en ging de stroom eraf, host geappt maar we zijn genegeerd.
