If you stay only few days the accomodation is ok.

Breakfast was very good. Hotel room was very clean. The view from the room was of the courtyard, which was really boring. The water temperature in the shower varied all the time, so it was difficult to get the right water.

Great location and incredible breakfast in Bergamo

Our room was in the tower next to the Hotel Excelsior; freshly renovated, super quiet and clean. The breakfast in the hotel was a 5-star buffet! Huge selection and high class service. This is in a great location for taking the funicular up to Citta Alta or walking downtown for shopping or restaurants.

Absolutely everything. Location, comfort, cleanliness, breakfasts delicious, staff very professional and friendly. Wonderful!

Absolutely nothing - although toiletries are all in little cardboard boxes. I know it’s to be environmentally friendly but you use a lot of them that I think it defeats its purpose.

Good location for a short stay

The location. friendly staff. the bed was comfortable

On the first day in the room It was very cold! On the second day the temperature in the room normalized. In the neighboring building they were renovating rooms. It was very noisy and it was impossible to sleep in the afternoon

Perfect location, close to the train station, old town and restaurants. The room was great, very clean. The hotel offers great breakfast - I especially recommend the great variety of croissants! :)

Great location, friendly staff, decent breakfast - sure we will come back if we visit Bergamo again

Breakfast was decent, and good coffee machines.

The lift to the studio we stayed in was very small, and once stopped with us in it (and then was out of service) - but the staff of the hotel came to set us free very fast. After this, we took the stairs, no big deal.

Hotel in a good location. Short walk to funicular and bus stops within 100 yards. Annex was well appointed, with large balcony but with views only of the apartments surrounding it and some times a smell from an extractor fan.

new space that is associated to San Marco hotel which we have stayed on a number of occasions. brand new with nice furniture and amenities. With access to hotel for breakfast.

you can get wet if raining waiting for the lift although it looks like they are fitting a shelter

Bergamo is magical with a hotel in the perfect location.

The Hotel is in an excellent location to explore Bergamo, it’s a short walk from the train station . Very professional staff and nothing is too much trouble. Staying in the annexe allows you to take breakfast in the hotel next door. Excellent breakfast selection. Free water, tea and coffee provided.

Celkově velmi hezké ubytování, ochotný personál, skvělá dopravní dostupnost z letiště.

Poloha hotelu, kousek od stanice autobusu, blízko ke starému městu. Vynikají a bohaté snídaně, terasa do vnitrobloku, takže velmi klidné posezení s dostatkem soukromí.

Trošku technické potíže se zapnutím TV, nutno “vychytat” nastavení teploty vody ve sprše.

ambiente acogliente, caldo e funzionale e finalmente qualcuno che ha capito che l'acqua e due snack incllusi fanno la differenza. Il bagno oltre ad esser proprio bello, ha tutto quello che serve, incluso spazzolino e rasoio monouso se per caso ce li si dimentica. il parcheggio non è immediato , ma bastano 10 minuti e si trova.
