The apartment was a lovely, cosy room, equipped with a comfortable bed, a lot of storage space, and a good bathroom. The apartment had all the basic necessities, from extra pillows to shower gel and a great breakfast. The breakfast included espresso machine coffee, packaged sweet food items, juice, and bread. The location was very central, right in the middle of Citta Bassa, and had a very aesthetically pleasing vibe to it. The service was extremely clean, we came in every day to ready made bed, pyjamas folded and trash cleaned up.

The shower often pumped some aggressive, piping hot water halfway through the shower, causing some burning. It might be a plumbing issue. The bathroom heater was wonderful, but on the last day, it was making an odd noise. The breakfast was lovely, but I wish it had some more salty, savoury options. I have low blood pressure, so I wanted to get some salt in my meal, but the food was mostly sweet foods such as corn flakes, cake, and croissants.

Breakfast was plentiful , but only hot item for food was toast.

I think my room was just outside the breakfast here so could hear anyone coming and going.

Too expensive for the lack of flexibility

Great location and very nice clean room, comfortable bed. The building is very close to everything and seems really safe.

The breakfast was basically nothing, just some yoghourt and bred left for self-service. It was not possible to leave the luggage there for the day after checking out. And not flexible to have an early check in either. (Although we got a discount code for a nearby luggage storage but that's still some extra cost.) I don't want to say it's a bad accomodation but for the price it costed some flexibility and easier communication would have been nice. Not suitable if you have an early flight in and late flight out of the city, probably better for longer stays than one night to really enjoy it.

Good place to stay in Bergamo

The room was very practical, fitted with a large bed and an air conditioner. Breakfast was prepared in advance. Room and common places were clean, bathroom was also clean and well fitted. Cold water was prepared and provided for us upon arrival. The location is very good, the main landmarks are in walking distance.

The room had only a small window, otherwise it was pretty dark. The only ventillation was through air conditioner or through the bathroom which is not ideal. The hallway and the entry suggests that it is not the safest place during night time. Also, the recommended parking garage is kind of dodgy.

Quiet, cozy, and perfectly located.

The room met my expectations because the location is amazing. Even though the apartment is in the city center, it’s completely quiet. The bed was very comfortable, and I slept well every night. Thank you for the stay.

I’d say the breakfast selection was a bit modest, but then again, this is guesthouse-style accommodation, not a hotel, so a wide variety of breakfast options shouldn’t really be expected. I went out for coffee to nearby cafés — there are certainly plenty of them in the city center.

Nothing much. Can be a bit noisy in the morning because the kitchen and toilet is shared with other guests so if someone is up early it can be a bit noisy, otherwise very good

Great place to stay if travelling and want to explore Bergamo for a couple of days.

The lady who checked us in was very welcoming and friendly. Location was great and very secure property. Room was spacious. Very quiet area (can hear church bells from early in the morning though).

The breakfast area is a communal / serve yourself space with limited options.

The location is good; the breakfast is just the bread, cookies, yogurt and a bottle of water with you to take; a cup of tea and coffee you can make also: 1 per day is counted... the room is separate with the separate shower and toilet, but in the general apartment with the other rooms and the main kitchen, frig -- this info is required to be clear beforehand! The owner is rather supportive: ordered a taxi by phone to the airport as it was impossible to order the taxi online.... the peculiarities of Bergamo...

It is better to indicate, that the owner is not at the place all the time:: it is B&B (an apartment in the city - a nice one, but with the information required to know before the arrival)!, that the owner, is not in place; we were waiting for around 2 hours to receive the keys and enter the room....

didnt liked the breakfast. Generally nice idea, missed something fresh ( cant eat yogurt or flakes with milk) .. Room in the evening smelled liked boiled oil.

Very friendly welcome from the owners parents. Spotlessly clean. We shared a bathroom which was fine. Breakfast was a do it yourself affair but perfectly fine. Very convenient location.

The location is great once you find your bearings. I arrived in the darkness and walked from the bus station and though following Google maps it was a bit confusing but the location is great surrounded by beautiful old buildings and cafes.

Hostel -like stay without fresh breakfast, soap and shampoo in the shower and so. The host was not at the place when we arrived, even when the time was agreed. The room was dark and cold without a proper window. Will never recommend this place for such a price.

Great location, clean and nicely decorated rooms, very clean shared bathroom and never occupied when needed. Also toiletries to use in there which was handy. Nice breakfast spread. Lovely host who gave helpful recommendations.

Noise from the restaurant downstairs as room was above the courtyard but it was Saturday night - no issue on Sunday. Didn’t appreciate it was check-in by appointment but no real issue.
