Lovely, cute room in a lovely part of the city.

This was a lovely room in an excellent location, local to restaurants, bars, cafes, and bus stops. It has AC for heat or cooling, and a good sized, comfortable bed.

Hot water is fairly limited so no lengthy showers or your partner gets a cold one! No drama, and as long as you're reasonably brief two people can have a shower one after the other. Also, we were on the 3rd floor and there is no lift, so be aware if this is likely to cause you a problem. Pack light!

If we really need to point something out... The address of the place on Booking was showing different than the final destination - don't know why, but anyway it was only 400 m apart and the host sent over the right address on WhatsApp day or two before our arrival - no hard feelings from us, but it may be confusing for some people. Second thing was the bed - one of the mattresses was a bit uncomfy (hard springs) and the duvet had no cover, it was just wrapped in two sheets. I change my position many times when asleep, so sometimes it was getting on my nerves :D NOTHING MORE! Still strongly recommend:)

A little gem right in the centre of the action but quiet enough to relax.

Very comfortable home from home with a short walk to the centre. Lots of Bars and Restaurants within a short walk of the property. The host gave us a list of Restaurants to try all of which were really good.

Enjoyed our stay in Bergamo.

The room was in a very central location. It was very comfortable and clean. We were sent information on eateries from Pardis which was very helpful. All the information sent on access to the property was great, where room keys would be etc. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

There was no kettle in our room. We had to go up and down 3 flights of stairs each time to use the kettle. There was no fire escape.

A lovely place in the heart of the city

Bergamo was overall a lovely experience and even surprised us a bit! About the accommodation: Very central but still relatively quiet location. We stayed in the appendix and the flat was exactly as shown in the pictures. Super clean and well kept. The owner has really thought about it ALL for your convenience and was communicating with us in friendly and timely manner. This is highly appreciated - thank you once more for that! Some people have commented on the stairs so a note about the appendix flat: There is also a lift that takes you (one person at the time) to the fourth floor, so, it was very convenient and doable for all.

We had issues with WiFi throughout our 2 night stay. Despite the WiFi signal showing, the connection was constantly on and off and it started to get really annoying. Unfortunately this was not resolved during our stay but I trust it was just a glitch and everything is again back to normal. With working WiFi, I would have given this place 10+!

It exceeded our expectations.

The main thing that we appreciated, was the lounge. We could wait there for our room to be done and help ourselves with different treats. The location of the accomodation was great. Cleanliness was on point. The communication with the owner was great.

If, like me, you’re spending a few days in Bergamo rather than just a few hours like most visitors, make a reservation at this small hotel. It’s about a 20-minute walk from the train station and close to everything. The hotel is located on a charming little street. My room was very nice, and I was pleasantly surprised by the small, lovely balcony where you can enjoy your morning coffee and croissant in the glow of the rising sun. And a huge, truly huge thank you to Pardis, who is either the owner or the manager. Before my arrival, she sent very clear directions on how to get there and recommended some fantastic places to eat. A wonderful host. I sincerely recommend this place. Thank you!

Great location, super host worth the stay!

Great location in the centre of Bergamo. Room was a great size, very clean and everything you needed. We had towels replaced, as requested we didn’t need a room clean, it was offered. Pardis was very attentive host and gave super recommendations of where to eat in Bergamo. Great value.

The room was very spacious, so was the bathroom. And the location was great.

Comfy beds, super clean, Pardis gave us precise instructions for check in and check out. Absolutely perfect location to enjoy Citta Alta at daytime and Citta bassa at nighttime.

It was lovely to have the church bells nearby as a natural wake-up call every morning. The location of the hotel is also really great, very central and close by lovely shops and cafes.

We had a small key issue, but the landlord was very reactive and helpful with the situation. It was solved quickly.

This was a wonderful experience, practically in the heart of Bergamo — a very convenient location with stunning furniture. We received all the instructions by phone, along with great recommendations for local restaurants. The host was always available and helpful. The location is good, but you should remember that the taxi situation in Bergamo is a disaster, and you can only rely on public transport. From the room to the funicular to the Citta Alta, it is only a 10-minute walk.

2nd time staying here, host excellent with great communication, room nice and clean everything you need for a short break in beautiful Bergamo.

Not the properties fault but workmen outside the building re cobbling the road very noisy from 07:30 until 5pm.

Fantastic location - beautiful bedroom

Great location, the room was lovely with shutter windows and very comfortable bed. We liked the lounge on the ground floor with tea and coffee facilities. Any queries about where to eat/where to go were answered extremely quickly and they organised a taxi for our return to the airport. Will definitely go back.

Very organised host who sent us details in advance by WhatsApp. Great location- very near Piazza Pontida which has a lot of bars & cafes. Host kindly allowed us to keep bags in reception after we checked out as we had a late flight.

Comfortable accommodation.

Spacious, comfortable, secure room with good aircon and a balcony in an old stone building. The location is close to bars and cafes in the lower town, but also quiet. The room has a lovely street view and It's clean, tastefully decorated and the bed is very comfortable. Bathroom is older style but clean and works well. The owner gave clear check in instructions.

As previously mentioned, the stairs are narrow and steep for luggage and there are no tea or coffee making facilities in the room, which would be a thoughtful addition. A few more traveller essentials in the room would have also been appreciated - tissues, enough toiletries for the stay, including conditioner and fresh snacks in the lounge.
