The self check in was seamless, room 102 was immaculate extremely spacious, nothing negative to say the apartment is also in a fantastic area for restaurants and bars. Easy to find 15 mins from train station.

This place is incredible. Very modern contemporary inside, while preserving the original building beauty. Located in the town, walking distance from the train/bus station. No staff on site, the check in is done online, make sure you have time and patience to do this yourself. Luckily I was able to sit with a beer at the cafe next door and do it on my phone. Not sure I would have picked this location if I had to park a car... There is parking nearby, but I couldn't see any in the immediate area.

We really liked our stay here - didnt encounter any issues. The room was really nice and a good location. We received instructions to check in remotely after sending passport details and city tax (which is normal for every stay in Italy). There wasn't any staff there which we were expecting and liked the easy check in. Would recommend.

This is the second time we have stayed in this accommodation, it's location is excellent you couldn't be more central. It's as lovely as the photos, we stay as a family of four and it's just perfect and although all in one room, the room is really huge. The check in is not manned but the one time I needed help due to our error ( we lost our passports) they were spiteful in helping us get checked in. If there was going to be a down side. It would be that you can't pull the car up outside of the property, but this is not them it's the same in most Italian towns where you can't drive directly into the centre.

I would NOT recommend this hotel to anyone. There is no front desk, which was NOT mentioned in the listing, only in the confirmation email AFTER we booked it. We would NOT have booked it if we knew there was no front desk. It is extremely complicated and difficult to check in online. If you are not traveling with an eSim or phone plane from home, you will NOT be able to check into your room or even get inside the hotel. This is not helpful when arriving in a thunderstorm, only to find out that the web site said "parking available" and the hotel is inside a Traffic Limited Zone where the car is NOT ALLOWED. Terrible lack of communication about this property. AVOID IT!

The Hotel Bergamo a beautiful place to stay. Everything was clean and comfortable. We did have an issue checking into room, and even after we could check in, we noticed that there was someone else struggling to access their check in code. Overall, however, I would highly recommend.

Bergamo Inn 21 exceeded all expectations. The room was spotless - cleanliness clearly taken very seriously. Check-in was completely seamless and hassle-free, the property didn’t have a receptionist and check in was easier than most hotels with a reception. The location couldn’t have been better - ideal for exploring Bergamo. But what truly stood out was the unbelievable value for money. You get far more than you pay for, especially considering how special the room felt. The photos simply didn’t do it justice - it was even more beautiful and comfortable in person.

Good hotel in a perfect location in Bergamo. great communication via email/whatsapp prior to our stay to ensure we were ready to check in (submitting id information, paying city taxes). Be warned that desk help is very limited at this hotel and you need to have a phone/computer with internet to receive the hotel entry/room pass key code to get in and out. The staff can't give you this information. Hotel is clean and modern. Rooms were big. We had issues with loose bathroom fixtures and small fridge with a non-closing (malfunctuioning) door. There is a public parking garage less than a 5 minute walk behind the hotel if you need to park.

I wasn’t told that there’s no even a space to leave luggage or whatsoever. Just after you pay - you receive a message saying - the room is accessible by code which you’ll receive by 3 pm and you won’t be able to access the prémisses before that. This should be announced before booking, cu I arrived 8 in the morning and I had no space or anywhere to leave my 23 kilo bag so I needed to drag it all the day with me. At the end I didn’t even go back to the property and didn’t bother to use it but just booked another more decent accommodation.

We were on a short holiday with friends in Bergamo and found this hotel to be perfect for our stay. Close to the airport, train station and all the sites you would want to see in Bergamo. The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful, we can’t fault this hotel. Well worth the money.

No reception! Late at night 11pm we were made to wait 1hour outside the gate … with completely useless comments by 3 different people on an anonymous phone. We were completely wet, our 4 year old son got a cold with fever. Nobody even bothered to let us enter the building at least.

There is very little communication from the hotel and you need a code to get into both the building and your room which we didn't receive so we were stuck outside in the cold for almost 45 minutes. The room itself is fine but the bathroom wasn't clean, hairs left everywhere. Even after the room had been cleaned again they were still there. When taking a shower the bath tray immediately fills up and flooded the whole bathroom and into the main room.

The hotel is perfectly placed for exploring Bergamo and has a lot of cafes.and bars near by. But the fsct that you have no receptionist, except on the phone, means if you have any problems or issues you can't get them sorted. Check in is do e through an email link and yiu then get codes.to access both the main entrance and your room, I personally wiuld classmit more.as an Air B&B than a hotel. But the room was spotlessly clean, as.werw the stairways.and hall areas, and very comfortable.

The hotel was great easy to access. The room temperature was hot, i tried to change it myself but it didnt work so i had to sleep with the balcony door open. Overall what would make the hotel perfect is if it had a front desk. However i didn't have any issues with checkin or getting into my room.

Well located, near bars and restaurants. Beautiful area to stay in. The hotel is modern, the room is comfortable and nicely decorated. It was ideal for us. The only negatives are that only paper/plastic cups are provided, no wine glasses or opener. Also only two coffee pods each day (we normally start our day with two coffees each). Despite those few mentions, we would definitely stay at the Bergamo Inn 21 again.

Room is very modern in the middle of citta bassa Bergamo. It is about 10min walk to public transport that takes you into old town. Check in worked well digitally, as there is no staff on site. Parking is public parking for the city so you need to walk from the one you choose to the Inn.
