A szoba és a reggeli megfelelő volt, minden nap takarítottak. Volt klíma a szobán, ami az augusztusi hőségben nagy segítség volt. A szállás nyugodt, csendes környéken található, viszonylag közel a műemlék lépcsőkhöz és falakhoz. Parkolóhelyek a sarkon túl.
Nincs rendes recepció. Hétfőn kora délután érkeztünk, csak hosszan tartó keresés után sikerült találnunk valakit, aki átadta a szobánkat (egy fiatal pincért, aki nem volt képben és zavarodottan magyarázott, kapkodott). Másnap a reggelinél már találkoztunk egy illetékessel, aki pontosan tájékoztatott mindenről és a segítségünkre volt, de az első benyomás a check-in folyamán nem volt pozitív.
