If it was not so loud and noisy, it would have been a great choice and value for money

The staff are very friendly, attentative and helpful. The room was well equipped and clean. The location is great for visiting the upper part of the city (Citta Alta). Rich and tasty breakfast.

The room was just above the bar and the bistro which are part of the hotel. They were playing VERY loud music until very late at night, it was impossible to sleep until it ended. This is a true “killer” for this hotel, and is not mentioned in the description (although there are several comments about it in the reviews). It is really a pitty they deteriorate their value by the unnecessary loud noise in the evening.

We just stayed overnight, and I definitely recommend it.

The welcome was perfect, with a glass of good wine. They were very friendly. The rooms are of satisfactory size and cleanliness.

There are no complaints for that price (bed and breakfast for 3 adults 90 e via booking)

bad experience, not match the Booking rating

The location was quite nice, it took about 20 min till funiculer to Citta Alta

bad experience!!! we always choose “location”, “great breakfast” and “Heating” if we travel in cold season, be careful - this hotel matched our criteria ONLY virtually… we just have to add real rating! In reality there was 1. MOLD on ceiling in room, 2. It was a very cold even Heating was on 24 degree all night - it didnt helped to warm at night, my mother caught cold, very cold floor. Be careful if you travel in December. 3. We went to sleep at 10:00 pm and all Friday-Saturday night it was LOUD karaoke from restaurant next door, after the party people came to next room to us and continue to talk loud… 4. And the breakfast was very plane and cold (7:30-9:30, we came at 8:30) Only thanks to one of Chief personnel the eggs were freshly fried for us! I cannot recommend the hotel, it is like hostel.. too expensive for that low quality. had no wish to take pictures with mold, sorry

Fantastic

Room was great. Separate bedrooms. Clean and comfortable. Staff were excellent.

The only niggle was that it is above a bar which had music on until 11ish. We could hear it but because we were exhausted it didn’t stop us sleeping.

Nice host

The host was extremely helpful cause i was prevented from arriving in time and arrived after 1 am and he sent a message with instructions on how to get in on my own. Communication was excellent. Also the breafast was not bad. Super clean.

Piacevolissimo soggiorno!

Abbiamo soggiornato in tre un giorno e una notte presso l'albergo, abbiamo apprezzato: - lo staff gentile, accogliente e disponibile - la comodità dei letti e la televisione in tutte e due le camere - la posizione, l'hotel è vicino sia al centro della città bassa, che alle scalinate per raggiungere la Bergamo alta. A circa 1 km si trovano in questo periodo (dicembre) dei bellissimi mercatini di Natale proprio sotto la ruota panoramica - la colazione a buffet abbondante e con scelta sia dolce che salata (nostra figlia ha apprezzato tantissimo sia i pancake con al nutella che l'uovo all'occhio di bue cotto sul momento) - in generale tutti gli spazi della struttura e la facilità di accesso a tutte le ore (anche serali) tramite chiave o pin.

L'accensione dei condizionatori mezz'oretta prima dell'arrivo degli ospiti, così da trovare già la stanza calda. Per il resto tutto top!

Migliorabile ma dimostrano tanto impegno

Personale gentile e alla mano. Reception e ristorante molto carini. Camera pulita, riscaldabile con condizionatore privato e tv. Doppi cuscini e asciugamani puliti e morbidi. Wifi compreso con buona ricezione. Colazione dolce e salata, non particolarmente varia ma giusta. Va comunque considerata l'unica stella, quindi tutti servizi in più sono molto apprezzabili

Nažalost, naš boravak u ovom smještaju bio je blaga katastrofa i osjećam potrebu detaljno opisati iskustvo kako bi drugi putnici znali što ih može dočekati. Prvo što nas je dočekalo po ulasku bila je vidno prljava soba, kao da uopće nije očišćena nakon prethodnih gostiju. Prašina, prljavština i opći dojam neurednosti bilo je nemoguće ignorirati. Nakon našim 10 poziva konačni su se udostojili doći da nam daju novu sobu.. da ne pričam o gospodi koja su nam rekla "pa šta očekujete za te novce" - za početka čistoću i toplu sobu... Posebno razočaranje bila je kupaonica, koja je bila u izrazito lošem stanju. U kadi se nalazila velika količina gljivica i plijesni, što je potpuno neprihvatljivo, ne samo iz higijenskih već i zdravstvenih razloga. To je zaista ostavilo izrazito neugodan dojam, toliki da mi se gadilo okupati nakon cijelog dana... Uz sve to, u smještaju je bilo hladno - nema grijanja nego samo klima kojoj je trebala cijela noć da ugrije taj mali sobičak, došli smo u 1:30h i smrzli smo se. Ukupno gledajući, smještaj nije bio pripremljen niti minimalno kako bi se trebalo očekivati za dolazak gostiju. Smatram da ovakav nivo nebrige i nečistoće nije prihvatljiv ni u najjeftinijem smještaju, a kamoli u objektu koji se iznajmljuje preko ozbiljne platforme poput Bookinga. Nadam se da će se ozbiljno pozabaviti čišćenjem, održavanjem i pripremom prostora, jer u trenutnom stanju nikome ne bih preporučila boravak ovdje. Na slikama je soba koja nas je dočekala!!!!!!!!

W miarę dobra lokalizacja na 1 noc, śniadanie

Informowaliśmy obiekt że będziemy na miejscu około 21, na miejscu okazało się że pokój nie jest gotowy i możemy poczekać w restauracji należącej do obiektu. Dla nas to jawne naciąganie na wydanie dodatkowych pieniędzy na kolację. Zamówiliśmy 3 pizza i bruschettę. Pizza bardzo średnia a bruschetta zimna i wyjęta z lodówki. Odradzano nam zamawianie lokalnego domowego wina i naciąganie na wino 3 razy droższe. Po wejściu do pokoju okazało się że nie był posprzątany do końca i ktoś chwilę przed naszym check in brał prysznic i golił się. W łazience zostawiono mokry ręcznik i włosy na umywalce. Byliśmy tylko 1 noc. Jest klimatyzacja i można się dogrzac jak zimno. Skromny pokój.

Great little stay when in Bergamo

Staff were super friendly. Location was superb as a short walk from the city centre so you wasn't amongst everything. Room was clean and bed very comfortable for my liking, and the shower was excellent. Breakfast, would say basic but it was ample to set me up for the day. I will definitely be back when I visit Bergamo again.

To be fair there wax nothing. Basic room, but I was happy with this as i only needed a bed for the night

Pur trattandosi di una struttura datata, la gestione nel mio caso è risultata impeccabile. La stanza estremamente pulita è stata riordinata (con cambio asciugamani) ogni giorno. Dotata di ogni comfort e con personale estremamente cortese e disponibile. La colazione a buffet con una discreta possibilità di scelta dolce e salata, di ottima qualità e con personale molto attento al servizio.

Unica pecca tutti i fumi della cucina della pizzeria al piano terra che si concentravano nel vano scala rendendo l' aria irrespirabile fuori dalle stanze. Per fortuna le stanze erano ben isolate.

Andrebbero semplicemente areato il locale o migliorato il ricambio d'aria dal momento che la cucina è attigua alla reception: al nostro arrivo di sera si sentiva un forte odore di cucina, tale da impregnare i nostri vestiti in attesa del check in. Anche per accedere agli alloggi, (occorre uscire ed entrare in un altro stabile, attiguo) forte odore di urina di gatto per le scale. Forse ci vuole un pò più di cura per questi aspetti negativi per meglio apprezzare il soggiorno

Cómodo hostal cerca del centro

La habitación familiar son dos dormitorios con aire acondicionado, televisor y con el baño en el centro, así que muy cómodo y espacioso. Y con posibilidad de aparcar en la puerta gratis. Muy buen desayuno y el restaurante estaba muy bien decorado.

Que nos cobraran dos veces la tasa turística, por Booking y a la entrega de llaves y al pedir explicaciones, la camarera no hacía por entendernos ni en español ni italiano ni en inglés. La insistencia del camarero en que cenasemos en el restaurante.

Mærkeligt personale. Vi stod op og fik den ringeste morgenmad til dato og bad derefter om hjælp Med at finde en taxa, da vi skulle hen til lufthavnen til udlejningsbil. De kunne simpelthen ikke skaffe en taxa. Så googlede jeg og ringede og på første forsøg fik jeg en taxa. Det sagde jeg så til dem. 10 min senere kommer de hen og siger at de havde fået en taxa. Jeg havde jo sagt at jeg selv havde fundet en, men der havde de ikke forstået.

Stanza molto grande e pulita, ottimo ambiente, disponibilità dello staff sotto con presenza di un bar fornito e colazione inclusa nel prezzo molto buona. Ambiente sobrio ma funzionale e ottima posizione

Mi sono trovato molto bene, forse mi avrebbe però fatto piacere la presenza di una o due bottigliette d'acqua dato il caldo estivo a Bergamo un po' soffocante ma non è stato difficile reperirla poi al bar di sotto
