Very good choice for a stay in Bergamo lower town, good location, friendly atmosphere.

Friendly staff and clean and comfortable rooms. Location was excellent for the purpose of our groups visit, midway between the location we were working at and the lower towns center. We had an excellent dinner in the restaurant on the ground floor of the establishment. Access to water, sparkling and still and coffee the whole stay was very nice.

Our group did not particularly enjoy the breakfast tray system, nor the use of phones to open the rooms (though we got a hang of the system as the week went by).

The most lovely and welcoming hosts in Begamo

Everything was very clear from the start. Check-in, policies. The room was extra clean. The reception was lovely and helpful. The location is really calm. I would recommend this hidden pearl! The atmosphere in the building is lovely, tasteful the design is really modern and beautiful but at the same time, everything is where (facilities). The breakfast policy is amazing. I feel like visiting a lovely friend.

A bit challenging.

Location all right, nice room.

The check-in needed to be done remotely beforehand to get a code to open the door and even the front gate. I had internet problems and needed to find wifi to check-in before even entering the premises. Perhaps just too modern system for me, but not convenient. Breakfast was included but it was just dry biscuits and coffee (I know it’s the Italian way, but I would not advertise this).

I would not stay there if I knew before all challenges I would deal with

Personal is absent at all; you have to deal all the time with electronic key and has to have active smart phone all the time in order to open gates to the hotel, and then door room. If you do not have 3G on your phone you will never get inside of the hotel and no one there to help. The breakfast is awful- only sweet cookies with juice and coffee. The room were booked for two persons, but bed inside was two small for two

Friendly, very helpful staff and excellent location. Sleek interior design and my room (202) was quite spacious with a huge artsy bathroom. Everything was spotless. Ample storage and very large comfortable bed, and I appreciated the reliable Wifi throughout building. Enjoyed the cozy common breakfast area with rooftop terrace for a bit of morning sun. A light breakfast with baked goods from the house, complete with all tableware is provided individually in a cute "package" and they use a convenient digital check-in and key system. This all keeps things tidy and efficient, and allows maximum independence. Great mixed residential neighbourhood and I could walk to the Old Town in approx. 20 mins. Absolutely recommend.

I really enjoyed my stay here. I was out travelling for most of the day and it was a relief to know I was coming back to a comfortable space to rest. I also really appreciated the breakfast baskets and the calm breakfast room - a great way to start my adventures!

I had wanted to turn the heating up in my room but it wasn't such a big issue that I went to find any staff.

This place is a gem, and it exceeded my expectations. The breakfast was simple, but sufficient. I would suggest you do yourself a favour and book a table at the restaurant ahead of your trip, to prevent you from being tortured by the delicious aromas coming from the kitchen and not having to taste it. Bath time was a treat, with a shower - power of 500k, a perfect score

Location was a bit neither here nor there, it was about 30 minutes walk to the old town (15 mins to the funicular railway) and about 30 minutes walk to the new town. There were some good restaurants nearby though. Bed was small. Only an overhead shower which is impractical when you don’t want to wash your hair. Hairdryer plug didn’t fit the socket in the bathroom so I had to dry my hair in the bedroom where there was no mirror. There was no plug in the sink so not easy when my husband wanted to shave. Breakfast was served in a box in your room which you take up to eat on the roof terrace. There was a coffee machine up there and some water dispensers. I wanted tea and asked for milk and was told to use the milk in the fridge - poured it into my mug then realised it was more than two weeks out of date. No other milk available. Still none on the second day. Breakfast was just dry toast and sweet cakes and juice. Compared to the other hotels we’ve been to this week which were a lot cheaper and served an excellent buffet breakfast, this was really not good value for money.
