I liked this place a lot. Starting with the easy access to the property and the easy check-in online to the communication and the attention to the details. Anna is very friendly, helpful and smiling all the time. The place is beautiful, clean and comfortable. The view from the terrace where we had breakfast is nice. The location is pretty good, in a quiet area.

Very easy to check in, nice clean room, good shower, great balcony with fantastic views.

Would have been nice to have some more healthy options for breakfast - more fruit and cereals without added sugar, plain croissants etc. Would be nice to have kettle and fridge in the room.

+ The room was clean, spacious, well-equipped. + Friendly and helpful staff — the owner sent all the necessary information before arrival. + Tasty breakfast with fresh bread and pastries, served on the terrace with a lovely view of Bergamo.

- Parking can be a bit tricky in the evening, but we always managed to find a spot.

Perfect location with a warm hostess and stunning terrace views of historic Bergamo

The location is ideal: it's close to the center yet nestled in a peaceful, green neighborhood with a convenient bus stop nearby. The hostess is incredibly warm and welcoming, making you feel right at home. Rooms are very comfortable and the beautiful terrace offers a perfect spot to unwind and enjoy views of Bergamo's historic area. I would definitely come back if I went back to Bergamo. Warm hospitality of the owner

The atmosphere was homey and the owner was very friendly and helpful. It takes about 30-40 minutes from the center by bus or on foot, but once you get used to it, it is not inconvenient.　　　The owner even kept my luggage for a while on the day of departure after we check-out.

Although it is in a very quiet location, perhaps due to the thin walls, the noise of other guests in the same floor, talking in the hallway, and footsteps at night and early in the morning can be heard quite often and disturb sleep. Similarly, it means that our own speaking voices are heard by others.　If some families use 2~3 rooms　share all floor , there will be no problem.

Bed was comfortable, apartment was clean

First of all breakfast disapointed us: spoiled milk which had a really bad smell, lack of bread, cheese and cold cut meat. All we could see of those were the remaining trash bits, that noone could eat. Breakfast was mostly store bought baked goods with packages. Then all night wind blew our front door, which resulted in a banging sound, because door would not close properly. In the morning around 9 am, after breakfast we asked the reception lady to call us a taxi, so we can go to the airport. She said of course, we told her that we would like to check out and go around 10 am. 9:45 we were waiting near the reception, noone was there to check us out. We waited around half an hour and then some worker came running down the stairs telling us that our taxi is already waiting for a while. We were rushed and panicked, because we were not informed that the taxi has arrived and because of this reception mistake we had to pay more money for the taxi.

Cozy terrace and rooms

Great view from the terrace. Clean room and very nice host. Breakfast was good and while serving it we felt like home, as the kitchen is cozy and we were the only ones eating in that period. We walked to the city center and to the citadelle but I think it is far for walking if you are not used to it. Will definitely return when in Bergamo.

Pleasant

The bathroom was separate from the room and required a code to get in. The device was complicated and also malfunctioned we had to call the proprietor at 11:00 PM who was none too pleased and got frustrated with us. In the end she admitted the device was new and may have malfunctioned. This was a self check in type place which I generally don't like.

Very clean and cozy little place just a stone away from downtown. The breakfast options were more than serviceable and the cleanliness and housekeeping overall is what did for my wife and I. Would totally book again if I get to return to Bergamo. Also communicating with the owners was effective and effortless.

We booked a room that had an external dedicated bathroom in the hallway in front of which was a different experience. I'm aware that there are other rooms with private bathrooms available so this is not necessarily a complain, just some more info for future bookers.

Nice building , execrable service

The building itself was fine

The service and communications were lamentable On booking form no mention of fact that there was no restaurant, despite our request on booking form to reserve a table for dinner. No reception or any indication on booking form as to how to gain access to the proerty. Despite our indication on booking form that we were travelling with our small and well behaved dog she was not allowed into the breakfast room with us and we were given no notice of that fact until we sat down to breakfast - the first time in many visits to ‘dog friendly’ hotels / B and Bs in Italy Finally despite turning up at the time indicated by us on our booking form , no one there to give us access to the proerty, and we had to wait around on a very hot afternoon for the owner to very reluctantly arrive at the premises and let us in
