Luca is the best host. 1. Easy-going, helpful with any nessarily information or questons you need, attentive in small details like serving breakfast. You feel like you are in your own home. Hotel is calm, clean and cosy. Close to airport. He is kindly helps with transfer. Breakfast is decent. Recommended highly. Beyond all expectations

Good for a night, but not as expected

Close to the airport, with free parking (small, but we found space for our car). Very friendly receptionist. Comfortable bed. Clean bathroom. Good option for one night’s stay.

WiFi not working. There was smell of cigarettes in the room. Fridge was not working and had leaked water inside. Bathroom door was damaged and would not close properly. The room did not match the pictures on Booking (old paint, worn furniture, very dim lighting). Our room was downstairs near the reception, so we could hear the noise from the hallway.

Very nice hotel, freshly remodeled. Very clean, many parking spaces available in the internal courtyard. The owner is a great guy, very courteous, speaks English very well. Close to airport and the center of Bergamo.

Parking can host max 4 cars, say there is the parking is a bit optimistic, outside the property it is very difficult to park the car I booked the pay at the property and they charged the guarantee card instead before my arrival making me lose a lot of time with the rembourse of the comapny since the guarantee card was my personal and I was supposed to pay with the company one. Rooms are decent, clean , very basic , a structure like this can only exist because hotel prices rounf bergamo airport are impossible

Clean hotel and very helpful owner

It is a nice hotel, near the airport as we wanted. The best "feature" was the owner Luca who resolved all our requests even when they were not related to the hotel. The room was clean and warm.

Exceptional

We chose this hotel when we visited Begamo and were very satisfied. Private parking on the premises. Rooms were nice, clean and big enough. I want to highlight the work of the very nice and helpful receptionist Luca who allowed us to check in early. He took care of everything and kept us informed via whats up. He gave us doble bed room instead twin.Top! Thank you Luca! The bus stop is about 2 mins from the hotel, it's about 20 mins into town plus as Luca advised us a 75 minute ticket will get you to Citta alta ( bus number 1 from Ponte Nuova). I didn't understand the people who were waiting in long queues for the cable car to Citta alta,,the first time we walked and it took a few minutes.
