The apartment was clean and spacious. Building is old, but in a great condition. Lower city (city center) is very close and you can find many cafes, restaurants and shops nearby. Upper city can be reached by walking for app. 20 minutes. It was self-service check in and we received all instructions via WhatsApp. Host was available all the time for all questions.
This is not negative, but I would like to point out there are few rules that should be followed (we didn’t know about them and there are specific for Italy).

It was a very charming and big apartament. We were staying in a big room with comfortable bed. The bathroom and kitchen was big with everything needed. Location very convenient, between train and bus station and the old town.
No isolation of sounds in rooms. You can here sounds from kitchen, bathroom.
