Nice and comfortable hotel !

Nice welcome by staff. Comfortable room/bed ; room very clean. Nice breakfast, good quality. Nice place in the old town. 15 min walking to train station.

A very comfortable stay.

Very good location to connect with the moving footway to town and for parking.The breakfast was varied with local specialities. The common areas and lounge also attractive with lots of artworks etc.

Great location, only walking distance to centre, breakfast was really nice, and staff super helpful

The parking is not ideal, and we had a fridge in our room that was super loud, probably need fixing. Would’ve been nice if we had a window too

Perfect city break location.

Perfect location in Bergamo, lovely rooms and perfect for a short Italian break away. Great bathroom and spacious.

Breakfast was ‘adequate’ quite basic and held in a small space. Nothing bad, but maybe just hoped for something a little more.

Perfect base to explore Bergamo

Lovely clean room in a central yet quiet location, perfect for exploring both the lower and old town. It was great value and breakfast couldn’t have been nicer. We’ll definitely be back :)

Dirty and expensive. Dont recommend.

Location. They prepared take away breakfast as we left very early.

We got into the room at 5pm, we had no towels. When they arrived, after I asked my husband to ask for them looked quite bad. Kitchenette looked dirty. Carpet on the stairs was very dirty, something from the bathroom sink fell while showering. Do not recommend. There are plenty of other options. never again.

Good location, bad breakfast

- We got the new room - They allowed us to leave our luggage earlier - When we came back for checkin another lady was there, very polite and of course she spoke English very well. - The location is very good. - The rest of staff very polite

- We had no wi-fi signal at all in our room. - No curtains (considering that the window was a courtyard). - We had no hanger, no trash can.. - The first lady who received us did not know English at all, only Italian, not even basic (yes, no, paper..). - Unfortunately the place where you serve breakfast is very crowded and very poor (salami, cheese and an omelette), without tomatoes, cucumbers or others.. I can't recommend the breakfast at all.

Clean hotel in centre of city. Fair value for money.

Breakfast not enough savouries or cereals. Not gluten free friendly . Central location very good. Chair in dining room scrape the floor- very noisy- need pads fitting to them. Dining room too crowded- banging into next person all the time.,

Clean hotel, good value for the money.

The location was approximately 10 minutes from central rail station and about 20 minutes walk from the upper city “citta Alta” which suited us well. The breakfast offer consisted of many sweet cakes which is typical for the area. But there were also eggs, bread, butter, jam, cheese and natural yoghurt. We would like a better selection of the food but it was more than enough. The staff was very friendly and nice. And the rooms were clean. It’s a nice hotel and it’s a reasonably priced.

Our room had lots of windows but they were all covered with film. A bit claustrophobic. Cleaning in shower and on staircase could be better.

The size of the room It is ideal for family or for 3 adults. The shower is clean and cozy. The location of the hotel is ideal. The parking lot is nearby and safe.

Disappointing

Room wasn't cleaned-ready when we checked in. No towels, shampoo, dirty bed cover...we eventually received towels and shampoo after chasing, but the room we were given was not even part of the main property building and could barely sleep as it was part of the residential area with a lot of noise at night (no noise isolation either). Really disappointing for the price we paid.

I needed to print my plane ticket because i had some problem with the company s application and while i called the receptionist no one came to serve me. We were also not allowed to use the coffee machine an employee had to come and use it.

Lovely Place in the middle if the town - Very friendly stuff!

It was a great place in the middle of Bergamo. Everything is easy to explore by walking. Super friendly stuff, cosy bed and amazing room. The breakfast was very tasty! Overall, I was absolutely satisfied. If I would go another time to bergamo, I would go to that place straight ahead.

Lovely stay in Bergamo

Excellent location, friendly staff, really nice room. Quiet and clean, it was a lovely stay. I stayed two separate days as I was travelling in and out from Bergamo and I had two different rooms. The first one was amazing, it had original old paintings on the ceiling and it was a really big size with a kitchenette. The second room was a bit smaller but still very nice with ceiling windows. Both of them were clean and new. I was very happy with each of them. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Breakfast could offer a bit more options but nothing major. All there was was nice enough.

Room was very nice. Very beautiful commodes in Italian style. The second semi-floor was amazing. Exceptionally clean. Near to public transport. Normal breakfast. Very welcome hotel team.

Very helpful and nice staff. A charmy hotel in a silent part of the central Bergamo. It is easy to walk everywhere also up to the old city and a nice walkingstreet outside the hotel.

Maybe to many sweet cakes to breakfast. I like more fruits to the yougert and unsweeted mussli.

TOP location, in the pedestrian zone. Stuff is magnificent, very nice and polite. Breakfast is healthy one, and rooms are very nice and warm. Good beds and pollows.
