Great place for the short stay

Easy check in and out. Nice to have breakfast in the room.

The fact that the electricity turns off when no movement is in the room is not nice. We needed to charge our phones during the night and this made it impossible

An ideal place for a couple of nights in the area and near Bergamo Airport.

The room is simple, bright and clean and we had secure parking (10 euros a night). The system for accessing the room and the parking was well explained and all worked beautifully. The owners have thought of many little details that made the stay comfortable - our favourite touch was the provision of fresh bread and croissants in a basket outside our door in the morning! The location is between Bergamo and the Alta Citta, with each reachable with a 20-30 minute walk. We enjoyed the local area that is non-touristy and low key - very pleasant.

Wonderful place

This is a wonderful property in a lovely location. Close to nice bars and restaurants and a 5 minute walk to Gewiss Stadium.. The room is spacious and has all necessary amenities. The only issues we found is that the rooms aren’t sound proof and therefore you can hear all outside traffic. Earplugs were provided though.. Staff very friendly and even after some booking confusion, which I believe was booking.coms fault, the staff sorted the issue without creating issues. This made the whole stay even better.. Thank you..

Amazing place!

The room I stayed in was huge! It was very comfortable and had everything you needed in it. Nice big bathroom as well. Every morning having a croissant and some bread hung up outside your door was a lovely touch! They replace the butter and big bottle of water in the fridge every day as well, all included in the price! The location was perfect as well, I visited a few amazing restaurants that were a maximum of 5 mins walk away so it was very convenient after long days of exploring! I really enjoyed my stay!

The only thing was the shower, the water somehow manages to get past the door even though it was shut tight and soaked the floor just in front of it! But easily cleaned up.

The apartment is very big, clean and with a good location to enjoy Bergamo. We received before our arrival all the info needed for the check in and after check out we were allowed to let luggages until our time for airport. Was an interesting way to enjoy the breakfast in the morning: some of the products were already available in the fridge and the fresh bread and croossants were provided in the morning. This was a very clever approach because if you were hungry late in the evening or thirsty, you had in the fridge all you needed. Well done for this! We reached location with bus 9 from Train Station and to Citta Alta we choosed to walk, around 25 minutes. Near the apartment there are some very good restaurants.

Absolutely wonderful!

I sincerely liked everything about the hotel: the location, the building, the room, the decoration and design, the breakfast.

The only detail I disliked was the upper floor guests who started to make noise and move things at 6:00 am.

Great experience, would love to come back

I really liked the look of the apartment we stayed in, it was spacious, had a nice bathroom and a comfy bed. I also appreciated the facilities like, a kettle, coffee machine etc. We had a breakfast included, and I must say it was plenty, we got a croissant, some small baguette (I guess), yogurt, Nutella, jam, some cookies, prosciutto, butter, cheese, milk, fruit juice and a plenty of options for a drink (coffee, tea...).

I was quite surprised how poorly soundproofed the rooms were, you can hear almost everything that's happening around, whether it's the street or neighboring apartments. Thankfully, the staff left us a pair of earplugs, so it wasn't bothering after all.

I liked my stay with Residence, the location is nice and I liked the staff.

The staff was very polite and attentive, clean room, good bed, good breakfast.

Booking mentioned that airport transfer is provided by the Residence. Bur actually they helped with ordering taxi.

It was cute and functional. Rooms are clear and the bed was good to sleep on.

The concept of breakfast was great. The room had the kitchen and fridge, so milk, prosciutto, butter, jam and more were already in the room when we arrived, but in the morning you get fresh bagels and croissants in the basket in front of the room door. That was cute.

We had one problem, it was a bit smelly in the bathroom, the smell came from the shower. Not while you showering, before and after you can smell it.

Pleasant

The apartment was very clean, easy to access and had parking. It was on a really nice, quiet street. There are some cafés along this street. The bread rolls and croissants left outside the door in the morning was nice.

The apartment is just one big room with a double bed and one bunk bed. We didn't really meet anyone apart from a man at reception on the second day when we went to pay the €10 per day for parking. Everything is automated. You get a code for the door sent via email. We had to leave early on the second morning to catch our flight so even though we had paid for breakfast, we didn't get any as it is delivered after 7.30am.

Superb

I like the self-checkin and checkout system, awesome for introverts like myself, plus you could use late check-in in the evening. The room was huge and a the breakfast was a nice bonus. Location is very close to the top of the city, so the amazing view is guaranteed, a lot of cafes and restaurants around.

Look like the shower was a bit broken, but except from that everything was great.

Nice place on a good location, but overpriced and somewhat disappointing

It's a new and nicely designed property. Parking was very convenient. The location is in a nice street with bars and restaurants, yet very calm and quiet. Airconditioning was good and powerful. Shutters could completely block out the heat and light from the sun.

It misses a bit of charm of luxury. The automated access code system and design of the room (spacious but empty) gives a bit of a fancy youth hostel impression. Sound proofing is good, but we could still hear quite a lot of noise from the corridor and the neighbours upstairs. The room floor was actually quite dusty. The kitchenette was nice, but the available utensils , glasses, etc were very limited, as was the daily restocking of bathroom essentials. The room did not meet the expectations raised by the pictures and excellent reviews on booking.com. Certainly a nice stay (in a gorgeous city) but too expensive for what we got.
