Location suited me for visiting family with coffee shops nearby and Gigante supermarket.

The hardest pillows I have ever known (harder than French bolsters!). The room appeared to have been cleaned while I was out which was good but a surprise.

I stayed here for one night during a transit trip and was very satisfied. I was traveling solo and looking for a place that felt comfortable and safe: this accommodation met all those criteria. The location is extremely convenient. I arrived from Bergamo Airport by bus, and it took only about 5–7 minutes to walk from the bus stop to the property. It is located in the Lower Town: the funicular to Città Alta is about a 15-minute walk through beautiful historic streets, so sightseeing is easily done on foot. The train station is also very close, around a 10-15 minute walk. The neighborhood is quiet and calm; I had no issues with noise or safety, even in the evening. Check-in was perfectly organized. It was fully contactless, with clear instructions sent in advance, and everything worked smoothly. I was also allowed to check in a bit earlier since I arrived ahead of schedule, which I really appreciated. The host is very friendly, responsive, and genuinely helpful, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The room itself is spacious and thoughtfully designed. Rooms are named after writers, which adds a subtle creative touch. My room had two windows facing an inner patio, making it quiet and cozy. Sleeping comfort was excellent: supportive pillows, a firm mattress, good temperature control, and overall a very restful night. The bathroom was clean and practical, with reliable hot water, good water pressure, and everything functioning perfectly. Despite the compact format, there was enough space and no discomfort. Breakfast was included and served in a nearby café, which was a nice and convenient way to start the morning. I would highly recommend this place to solo travelers or couples. It is a great option for a short stay in Bergamo: well-located and run with real care for guests. I would gladly stay here again.

What might not suit everyone: If you like to cook your own meals, this accommodation may not be ideal, as there is no kitchenette. The room only has a kettle, cups, and very basic amenities, it is not designed for self-catering.

Location and staff were good, early entry was provided, good courtyard.

The facilities were very limited- no cutlery, no microwave, no complimentry water (basic need), hair dryer was not in good condition , bed was not comforable, decent spacing, tv was set at very wrong spot, privacy was limited due to glass exposure.
