In nice and quite part of Bergamo, really nice place to be.

Big and clean room. Everything was good. Especially the ladies at the reception were super good. They allowed me to sit for couple of hrs after check out to attend some work meetings. Their gesture is much appreciated.

It was a bit confusing for me to identify the pedestrian gate but found it eventually. Also had some issues getting the door code on mail. Had to call them and then again message on whats app to get the code.

The location is good The property is good The five i am giving is just for these two

If you want to spend life from your life, then book for this one They owe to warn people what they are about to deal, that they will all of a sudden find out that they have to CHECK IN within a certain period of time,,(otherwise they won't be able to enter the property!!!), by giving their personal details and photographs of themselves holding their I.D (!!!),, which goes against the Personal Data Law. Other than that, they ask you to send them via photograph the Green Pass, which is not now required in Italy I would have never booked if i knew all that ,but it was too late, because by the time i realised it, they had already locked the payment. If you ask them something, they never answer.They only reply with an automated form of rules you have to follow in order to allow you to stay in their property.Over and over again! If you want to make people's life difficult, with this unacceptable procedure, at least don't let the sink be clogged.And change the toilet lid.It costs nothing For all those who read, just take a look on my other reviews .They will found out that i always try to help people by saying a good word. Certainly not this time
