Nice cosy space. The balcony is certainly a highlight. The location is great, right in the buzzing Bergamo old town but without the hustle and noise. Nadia and her staff are very caring and offer plenty of advice and guidance.

Perfect Location in the old centre of Citta Alta, just off the main street and not far from the funicular. Excellent arched private terrace to sit with a coffee/ wine morning, noon or night ! All welcome facilities and good wifi in the apartment, fridge, glasses, cups, plates and saucers. Lovely bathroom with shower, fluffy towels, soap supplied and hairdryer. Jean Miro prints dotted around the apartment was a classy touch ! Taxi from train station booked as too far to walk with cases, just ring for one at the station, numbers at the stand.

Nothing wrong with the property at all, but it was quite busy in the town when we arrived due to a local Euro football match taking place ! so hard to get into a restaurant or bar..

The location is ideal. It's in the centre

1. The apartment was cold. I understand that there is a regulation in Italy about the temperature set in each apartment. But you have to keep the walls dry from humidity, otherwise no one can sleep with pyjamas or something lighter than a jacket. I have read many comments about the temperature of the room. You should read it also, ITS COLD IN THERE! 2. It's nice to have a wooden ceiling but when pieces are falling on the bed and it's full of spiders , it's not so ideal. 3. The apartment was not clean. I got a Swiffer with me , because I went with my dog and wanted to leave the apartment clean. When I first cleaned the floor (after our first night), the pad turned black in no time due to the dust. The bathroom had also some stains on the floor, we could not use the shower because the room temperature was not suitable to do so. Despite a former comment , they still have not changed the light bulbs in the bathroom. The last day we found a broken glass under the fridge. In conclusion: It's nice to earn money from tourism, especially if you are not doing anything about it! During those times it should be more difficult to earn 220€ in three days. My parents were leaving in another Appartment nearby which was perfect. Also good location , super clean , warm (above 20°) and the hostess was super helpful and the fridge was full. P.s. at the last day the hostess sent me a message in Italian , which was supposed to be sent to her partner, calling me dumb! She was telling him that she would advise me to leave the keys in the flower pot , but she got the idea that I was dumb to do so! Il turismo è un settore impegnativo. Apartments in the heart of the old town! The place is excellent. Nice hostess, we were well received. The room is spacious and bright. There is everything you need. The terrace is large and beautiful. It was very pleasant to sit and drink tea in the evening to the sound of bells.

Please change the light bulbs above the bathroom mirror. It's dark! You're brushing your teeth and you can't see your face! And of course - bad cleaning. Lots of dust and a feeling of neglect. We were in a very good mood and we were ready to ignore it. In fact, cleanliness is important.

the team is super nice, warm and helpful. the flat is perfectly located, the terrass is pleasant and they booked us a parking place ahead of our arrival (upon request, whoch i recommend) for 20 euros. the bathroom is large and convenient, and the overall environment is calm. i also recommend taking the funicular S.Viglio to het a drink or go to the restaurant (with a reservation)

Location could not be better! Just steps from Via Bartolomeo Colleoni it was easy to find and easy to get everywhere we wanted in the Citta Alta. The room is comfortable and the balcony is a great place to enjoy a morning coffee. Francesca was extremely helpful and accommodating, we would not hesitate to stay here again.

Exellent location, the flat is situated in the center of old Cita Alta, yet quiet enough, we loved the terrace, the old stone stairs and all the cute little restaurants nearby. Great contact with Francesca. Thank you.

The apartment is very central in upper town, hence it can be noisy early mornings.

Really disappointing experience in terms of comfort in the room. There was no hot water running for our whole stay (2 nights) in December with -2 degrees outside. Despite having air conditioning, it would not heat up the entire room and we were a bit cold during our sleep at night (even with the additional blanket). Manager did say issue with the water was sorted after the first night, but it was not. Terrace does not really overlook the citta alta, only a yard by the street. If the hot water and heating issues are sorted, the room would be a place to recommend, however, based on our experience, it was not good value for money at all. We were not happy.

We took breakfast at the adjoining Hotel Piazza Vecchia, as it had booked the apartment for us due to plumbing problems at the hotel that caused it to cancel our reservation and find us alternate accommodation. The covered terrace was a particularly nice feature of the apartment. We brought a take-out lunch back from a nearby pizza purveyor and enjoyed it at the table on the terrace along with some local wine, very pleasant in both afternoon sun and evening rain. The location, while only a block from Piazza Vecchia down a pedestrian filled street, was just far enough from the crowd that it was very quiet.

The light fixture over the bathroom sink would not turn on, so the fixture over the shower provided the only light in the room, which was somewhat dim.

A fantastic little studio in the heart of Bergamo-Alta. The studio is in a (what looks) newly refurbished house, which has been decorated tastefully in keeping with the historic structure, with the murals on the walls and stone floors. Great location, only a stones throw from restaurants and cafés, yet very quiet.
