No heating

Recently renovated old building

No heating during the night. The windows are quite old and so much heat is lost at night. It’s freezing inside the room at nights. One of the showers doesn’t drain properly. The room was not ready at the check in time. Electricity run out.

Very Nice!

The location is strategic; it's pretty close to the train station and to the city center. The bedroom, kitchen, and bathroom are all clean.

I was staying there from Saturday to Sunday, and on Saturday night there were some people outside the building and they were quite noisy.

Clean apartment , but no sleep

The clean room, capsule coffee machine and water in common area, nice accommodation and the room is not very small. The staff was helpful.

It was impossible to sleep: the other guests were in the common area, which is located very close to the rooms. The door to the rooms lets through every sound. The same goes for the window—you could hear everything that happened during the night: drunk shouting, motorcycles constantly driving by, ambulances, and music. It felt as if Bergamo was the center of the world's nightlife, so poorly thought-out is the lack of sound insulation in such a location. It’s a real shame we couldn’t get any sleep after a long flight.

It’s quite new still, Soap was missing, mold on shower. Coffee machine was broken. Owners tips weren’t accurate.

It was exactly what I needed

The location was close to the airport which is what I needed.

No AC in July is not the best, tried leaving windows open and mosquitos came in.

Good location, but noisy

We stayed there for one night in the room with private bathroom. Location is good - apartment is situated near to the old center and also quite near to the train station. Apartment was clean, there is also shared kitchen with the fridge, electric kettle etc., which we found very useful.

There is written at the booking.com profile that check in is from 15:00, but we were asked to do check in at 16:00, and when we came there, there was still cleaning lady who was cleaning our apartment so we could enter at around 16:15. Apartment was VERY noisy. You can hear everything from the hall and from the outside, so we had very bad sleep. There should also be a fan pr AC, because it was too hot inside.

The bed was very comfortable and clean.

The bathrooms did not look clean. Additional bed did not have duvets on.

Kirjautuminen oli hankalaa, koska piti itse rekisteröityä järjestelmään josta piti tulla avainboxin koodi. Minulle sitä ei tullut, vaan jouduin soittaa pari kertaa. Yöllä kuului meteliä huoneista tai käytäviltä. Matkalaukkuja oli hieman raskas kantaa, koska ei ole hissiä.

Nie było ogrzewania i ciepłej wody. ZIMĄ!

Bliskość centrum. Łatwy sposób zalogowania się w hotelu. Cena.

W pokoju było zimno! Pokój był nieogrzewany (nie działał grzejnik mimo informacji o ogrzewaniu). Na domiar wieczorem nie było ciepłej wody! Stąd nie mogłem się umyć w komfortowych warunkach. W pokoju nie było ani czajnika, ani zestawu kawy/herbaty (informacja na stronie booking o posiadaniu zestawu w każdym pokoju) czy wody butelkowanej. Jako, że przyjechałem w nocy, nie miałem możliwości poinformowania o niedogodnościach...które w ogóle nie powinny wystąpić.

Băile sunt la comun iar apa din boiler nu era întotdeauna caldă, a fost foarte frig iar căldura nu funcționa, geamurile nu se închideau bine și iar peste noapte era gălăgie.

Check in e check out in autonomia veloce e rapido, personale che ogni qualvolta chiedevo qualcosa per telefono o per email con pazienza mi hanno sempre risposto dandomi indicazioni. Ci ritornerei!

Було дуже чисто, зручне розташування, зручне поселення. Був холодильник, чайник і кавоварка на спільній кухні

Відсутність мікрохвильовки, не було кондиціонера або вентилятора, при спеці це надважливо, на кухні відсутність елементарного чаю. Спати не можливо, тому що під вікном проходять байкерські зустрічі, де вони всю ніч з 10 вечора до 4 ранку ганяють.

Wundervolle Gemeinschaftswohnung zwischen Alt- und Neustadt, mit Privatsphäre

Tolle Lage, tolles Treppenhaus, riesige Räume... kleiner Balkon zum Teilen. Zwei Badezimmer so , dass man sich mit anderen Gästen nicht in die Quere kommt. Alles sehr schön, hell und modern eingerichtet. Wahnsinnig gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.

Bardzo udany pobyt dzięki świetnej lokalizacji obiektu.

Łatwy sposób zameldowania (Instrukcja dotycząca dostępu do obiektu została przesłana przed przyjazdem. Klucze do mieszkania czekały w skrzyneczce otwieranej kodem.) W pokoju i łazience bardzo czysto. Wygodne łóżko dwuosobowe. Trochę mniej wygodna rozkładana kanapa. Pościel i ręczniki wyprane i pachnące. W kuchni ekspres do parzenia kawy z kawą i cukrem + czajnik elektryczny i duża lodówka. Lokal posiadał wspólny korytarz i kuchnię z innymi pokojami.

Skrzypiąca drewniana podłoga może być uciążliwa dla osób które wstają w nocy i idą do toalety. Ale ma to też swój urok i specyficzny klimat.
